Great food and impeccable service as always. This is a restaurant that I keep returning to over and over again. Great for special occasions or to just treat yourself........go on, you deserve it!

A really nice time with a free glass of fizz and lovely food. Also great to have an excellent saxophonist who wasn’t intrusive and played a great set. It represented very good value for money. The downside and the reason for only 4 stars is that, as it was New Year’s Eve, we felt they hadn’t managed their bookings effectively and we had to stand for over 20 minutes waiting for our table.

Found Mem Saab rather expensive compared to previous New Year’s Eve and nowhere near as good, perhaps it is time to find a new restaurant where you don’t feel as though you are being overcharged. Didn’t like the fact that staff were taking down tables whilst diners still eating. Not a good experience.

Excellent service & food, everything was perfect from start to finish. The waiting staff were very attentive appearing from nowhere and anticipating your every need. Well worth a visit.

Excellent food and even willing to accommodate party members for non menu food. The service was great, all the staff are lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The best curry house in Nottingham.

We went for New Year’s Eve, wonderful food, great service and live music throughout the evening. We will be visiting again in the future. .

Very busy but the warm plates arrived for the main course but we waited for the food to be delivered so were cold when needed. Felt rushed towards end of the meal as though they needed the table back ASAP. Mentioned it on check out but no response ☹️

Brilliant service, delicious food, beautifully presented, fabulous decor - the menu is extensive and creative and the range of food styles is really impressive -,a wonderful experience for my partner and her dsughter

The service was super-professional, friendly and efficient, as always. The main courses were absolutely delicious. One thing we noted was that the poppadoms didn't seem particularly fresh and the chutneys rio go with them were pretty boring.

Perfect food, polite, efficient service and a great atmosphere, always a great experience. Five star cleanliness. I highly recommend that you give it a try.

Excellent from being met at the door to leaving. The staff were very attentive. The bit in the middle, the meal, all 3 courses were delicious. Gorgeous restaurant, beautiful food and brilliant service. Will definitely be returning at some point! We were a large group and were catered for perfectly. Would strongly recommend the Paneer starter - it was beautiful!

We had a table for 5 towards the end of a busy evening. The service was very good. Friendly staff and excellent food. Whats not to like.

having eaten at most of the Indian restaurants on Maid Marion Way, we had high expectations of Mem Saab, however we were left disappointed by both the food and the service. The food was lacking in taste and the service pushy and over attentive. Would definitely not rush back.

Visited on 15th Dec as a party of 10. The food was exceptional, the staff were very attentive. The restaurant and atmosphere could not be faulted. Recommended.

Lovely warm welcome a arrival, as always the food was first class, staff give you plenty of time between courses so you don't feel rushed like so restaurants.

One of the tastiest and most flavoursome curries I’ve ever had. Good service and a great buzz around the place. Lamb chop starter is a real winner.

Amazing food and service. We have this as a special treat on date night. Cost is higher but absolutely worth it. Since eating here, no curry house lives up to it!

Food was excellent, service from staff poor, miserable, rude, impression didn't want to be there. Just plonked food down, no comments, reaching over guests, felt like rushing - just generally poor and not what you expect from this establishment. Spoke with the Owners /Management and they were excellent in regards to their approach, listened and promised to investigate. Now I have dined here a number of time previously and never seen these issues before, lets hope a one off, up to the management to resolve before it becomes a bigger issue. This excepted - I would recommend you give it a try, food is excellent, service will hopefully be resolved.

Having never been to the Memsaab before we did not know what to expect. I am delighted to say that the reviews were accurate as the food and service were both excellent. The presentation of the food and attention to detail was faultless. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you love delicious, mouth watering, well cooked Indian food.

Amazing! Booked for a celebratory meal after reading excellent reviews and it did not dissappoint, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the food though higher priced is well worth it, every dish was delicious and beautiful presentation. The service was extremely attentive, they explain what’s on the dishes and nothing is too much effort. Best place we’ve eaten in Nottingham and will be returning!

Top curry, great service. Presentation of both restaurant and food was excellent. Particularly great accompanying dishes, great dips for popadoms and starter selection very nice.

Excellent food, presentation and service - a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The early evening menu (which you have to ask for), represented great value for money.

Booked for a Saturday night and the restaurant was very busy which I think is a good sign. Service was great and the food amazing.

This is by far the best Indian I’ve ever had. We had a really good time and the food and service was amazing I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great atmosphere and Fantastic food especially the Paneer Achari Tikka which was recommended by one of the staff. Also As we were celebrating a birthday the staff brought out a complimentary dessert which we thought was a lovely touch. Great place!!

Fantastic food and service. The staff were so lovely and attentive. It was my first time there and I was very impressed and will definitely be visiting again.

There were 5 of us all said the food was very good.The staff were attentive with out being overbearing. The ambience was great. This was our second visit and we would certainly go again
