First time dining here and will certainly go back again as the food was really tasty and the service was really friendly and helpful. It’s a nice venue so makes for a pleasant night.

My two friends, my wife and I had been looking for a new curry house as our favourite had closed down because the owner wanted to retire. So we auditioned Methi. The food was excellent on a variety of dishes, my lamb korai was awesome and we ended up dipping naan into each other’s dishes to try the sauces. The staff were friendly and cordial. Food arrived hot and fresh, the restaurant smells fantastic. The prices are competitive. The only minor downside was the place looks a bit tired and the toilets need a deep clean. But we’ll definitely be back. The reviews are very positive and the hygiene rating is a 5. What a find.

Adequate food on a busy Saturday evening. Too many tables close together for my liking so restaurant felt too crowded for our small group of 3.Would go again during the week when it was less crowded.

Attentive staff. Very dry chicken in the Bhuna, the other dishes seemed okay but both bhuna dishes were very dry. We were on a tight time frame or we would have returned it. Won’t be rushing back

Food is amazing! They were very patient with us, we faffed about for ages before we ordered and it was no problem. My only (very small) gripe is that the lighting is maybe a bit bright - but then you want to see your food I guess!

Booking was easy and the restaurant confirmed by email on the day. We were a party of 6. Great food, friendly staff, the recent refurb is tasteful - can't fault it.
