Only a small venue but the staff are really friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and it also had s good atmosphere, we will definitely be back!

A great night the tortilla share was amazing 3 cud easily share it . I had piri piri chicken which was lovely and i had chips with melted cheese chorizo and bacon that was nice the misses had wraps with chicken but she had chips with steak and peppercorn sauce they were the best chips av ever had the sauce and steak were 2 die 4 b back in a few weeks

Food fab ,and reasonable, staff lovely an felt it was lovely and welcoming with my 10 month old son and decor was lovely too would defo go back xx

Stunning food with a good atmosphere and chiq decor. Was in and out in under an hour. Salad is the only salad I will eat it's fantastic however the prices are just a pound or two too high in my opinion!

Highly recommend this place, food fantastic really enjoyed it , staff very nice, attentive but not over bearing. Overall fab! Give it a go you wont be disappointed

great food bad service ? the food is amazing but watressess very slow too busy talking to each other than serving customer and overcharged us till we compained then they gave us the crrect bill

Great food, good portion sizes. Lovely cocktails, helpful staff.. Small but cosy atmosphere. Reasonably priced for both food and drinks. Booking a reservation online went smoothly.

Excellent food by nice friendly staff , definitely go back next time we are going for a Mexican meal , starters and mains were fantastic had no room left for deserts .

We have eaten at the Mexican Village on many occasion and still go back, I reckon if you find and enjoy a good restaurant and enjoy the food and drink on offer being delicious and the pricing is reasonable and affordable you go back time and again, plus the ambiance and staff are excellent.

Although our party did enjoy ourselves anyway we didn't think there was much of a Christmas feeling about the place took a while for our drinks to come and when they did they came individually instead of all 6 coming together so some of us had nearly finished our bring before others had even received theirs and although the food was nice it's wasn't as good as the last time we went here and many of us have had heartburn since

Small & closet restaurant! Didn't know whether I would like Mexican food as I am possibly one of the most fussiest eater I know! However I really enjoyed the evening! Lovely staff & lovely food! Definitely will be Going again!!

Mexican Village is a great place to eat, food is excellent, cooked in the kitchen which is part of the dining area,it has a lively friendly atmosphere and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

Lovely food and nice service. Is located in West Derby village and was spotlessly clean. Have been before and would definately go again. Lots of choice for food.

Food was amazing, as always, had the potato skins to start, which are fab. The staff are lovely and nothing is a trouble to them. Always busy. Really enjoyable evening.

What a great place right on my doorstep. Managed to get a table for two on a Saturday night using he Quandoo app and had the Mexican chicken burger..amazing.

Food was delicious, really cheap price. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. It was Quite cold in the restaurant but we Will be visiting again soon.

Visited on a Friday evening with my husband and 3 year old. the food was great, the staff were pleasant and helpful keeping our little busy with crayons and a colouring sheet. I would highly recommend the place

The portions for the nachos starter and garlic bread were tiny..not impressed with the flavours either...had better nachos in jd wetherspoons.next time I will stick with my usual Tavern smithdown road

Food is always spot on service is lovely we always mainly order steaks as no matter if it's t bone or rump they are cooked to perfection .

The food was really nice, but the seating we had was directly in line with the entrance, which meant we were subjected to an icy blast every time customers arrived or left.

Mexican Village is delicious, my favourite restaurant. The food is tasty with lots of flavours. I've never had a bad meal if anything the portions are too big!
