Meza - Tooting Broadway

We absolutely loved Meza, second visit in a week. The food was tasty as always, great atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. A firm favourite and in my opinion one of the best restaurants in Tooting.

Went for a work lunch, ordered our meals by phone so we wouldn't have to wait. Everything arrived at the table quickly and was delicious. Waitress was friendly and we'll definitely be back!

Always fantastic food and great service. We've been a couple of times, and I'm sure we'll be back. The chicken livers in pomegranate molasses are riiiiidiculous.

Went on Valentine’s so received a set menu - really good value & very tasty food! Even received a red rose which was a nice touch. Would recommend.

We went here a few years ago & loved it! The food was cooked to perfection & the house wine good. Always meant to go back & only managed to at the weekend. Unfortunately we were unimpressed. Our mains were served along with our starters (??!) & despite being incredulous the waitress left the lot with us. We asked them to keep it warm shortly after, as the food would have been freezing & we felt rushed. The house wine isn’t good; the meat was tough and the spinach parcels dry. And it was quite difficult to get the attention of the staff. Oh dear. All in all a real shame & disappointment (positive- the hummous with lamb is still lovely though, but isn’t enough for us to go back).

Food was hot and on time waitress was very polite and warm. Very local area to have such a lovely restaurant. Will visit again soon.

Good food and nice atmosphere. Some items we ordered never showed and some we didn’t order did! We were charged this way and had t get bill changed. But overall was tasty

Delicious food and wonderful service. Went for my birthday and had a wonderful evening. They gave us some complementary meze so that we had enough of everything and also some complementary tea. Definitely would be recommend.

We went on a Saturday night. Good food, good value, good atmosphere, great service. I am a fan! Just remember to take cash as they don’t take cards.

The staff were very warm & friendly and the food was absolutely amazing everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Meza. We will most certainly be going back :)

The food was great and our second server was very attentive, but our first server didn't bring 3 items we ordered which was disappointing considering how excited we were to try more menu items.

This is a lovely little place to eat, cosy, great service and the food was spot on! Good value too. We will definitely be back.

Been to Meze Tooting Broadway numerous occasions and never been disappointed. Consistently great food, friendly efficient service. Always busy but will try and find you a table if they can.

Excellent food, friendly staff,nice decoration. We visited as a family and enjoyed our time at Meza. Definitely recommended and we will visit it again soon

Lovely food, we have a mixture of mesa and two mains (mixed grill and fish), both lovely, although couldn't tell what the l third meat on the mixed grill was. All food was tasty, a specially the calamari and spicy sausage, and I would definitely go again! Fantastic service!

Reallt delicious food seved by friendly and attentive staff. Went with a mix of vehetarians and meat eaters and there was plenty of choice for everyone.

Lovely food and friendly service. Only issue was the door kept swinging open and it created a cold draft, otherwise it was a lovely meal.

Really tasty food in particular the hummus! Wow! Best i have ever had. And the complimentary one was an added bonus. The only downside was that it only takes cash.

The restaurant had a good selection of tasty food. We had a good time there. The waitress was very welcoming and was able to advise on food. The restaurant (Meza Tooting on Mitcham Road) is just a few steps away from the tube station.

Fast service, delicious food. There were 3 of us and we chose two dishes each front he appetiser menu including hummus & lamb, spinach parcels, broad beans, lamb on bread. All good.

Amazing food with variety, Good portion sizes plenty to share and lovely staff. Really good value for money will definitely be returning here for another visit.

Patient staff as we took time to come together as a group of friends - with 2 bailing last minute - delicious food as always and great vibe - can't wait to go again.

I understand that meza comes out in drips and drabs but we got beans after 10 minutes, cheese things and hummus 20 minutes later when the beans were cold, then main chicken after an hour when everything was cold. We also received our tap waters after paying the bill 2 hours after requesting. Food may have been nice but not when it's cold and served so separately.

Delicious meal and great service. We had a selection of mezze to start (hummus, the spinach parcels, tabboueh), followed by the shish taouk, and everything was great. Highly recommend!

Really nice restaurant- great attentive quick service and food was AMAZING! Staff smiley and friendly, had such a good vibe! Will definitely go again, worth every penny!
