Great service and amazing food. Eaten here twice with business groups whilst attending events at the ExCel. Highly recommended and great option if you don't want to eat in your hotel.

Truly terrible service and the restaurant wasn't even half full. There was no shortage of wait staff, they are just disinterested. Always trying to avoid eye contact, myself and other diners had to shout over to the bar where they were stood drinking drinks (nice for them to have the option!) and generally standing around, this included what appeared to be the manager. 3 of them took the time to reset a table for 4 while the patrons sat waiting for service. I couldn't, in good faith, leave a tip for the 1 member of staff that seemed capable, because I imagine it's a shared pool where the 5 other members will get a cut for doing less than nothing. The food was okay, my pad thai tasted like they used a bottle of tomato ketchup, the duck main was overcooked - nothing "tender" about it at all, but my company did seem to enjoy her meal.

My experience of Nakhon Thai was great, been a number of times and the quality is just the best every single visit. The food is fantasic and the service is great too.

The food was delicious and the service was even better. The best Thai halal restaurant in London. The prices are very fair too. Excellent all round

Great food as always, have visited this place about 7-8 times and never fails. Tried new dishes and they were just as delicious. Manager and his staff were courteous and service was quick.

Absolutely brilliant restaurant. It's in s lovely location. We sat upstairs, near the window which was pretty much requested when we got there and the staff were very accommodating. It was a beautiful view of the Royal Docks. The food along with the service was also fantastic. A must try place for sure. Cannot wait to go back when it gets warmer. Thanks Nakhon Thai!

Service was a little slow, had to get the attention of waiters. Food was overly priced for the quality and size of portion also some food arrived cold. When there was service it was with a smile. Good views and parking available.

Lovely restaurant in a lovely location. Service was very nice and welcoming. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. My only critique would be that they could increase the serving sizes a little more especially since they charge above average prices. Would recommend this restaurant for special occasions

Lovely selection and range of foods to suit everyones taste. The setting and ambience is very relaxed and perfect for any occasion. Service is fantastic.

Set around the excel centre this restaurant is very good,panoramic views of the dock ,the menu was extensive and each course was professionally presented, the staff were dressed in authentic attire and all the staff and management were very friendly.

I was very impressed with my visit to Nakhon Thai. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service (we sat outside in the evening but they assured us that if we got a bit chilly it would be no problem to move us inside) and the food and cocktails were delicious.

Food was good but did not think it was as good as previous visit same time in 2015. so maybe chef has changed. Service was good.

Delighted with the great vegetarian options. The food was delicious. Pretty, clean and authentic surroundings. The staff were polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The food was lovely, restaurant is great. However, it seems they can't handle being busy. Waited well over an hour between each course. The staff were so rushed off their feet that they weren't taking time to listen to orders properly. They brought me the wrong desert twice, so I ended up cancelling the order. Would recommend it, but don't go on a Friday or Saturday, they just can't handle it.
