Neon Jamon - Berry Street

Great venue and lovely table in the window. Engaging waiter who took our order.... That’s when the experience fell off the cliff. 6 Tapas ordered, still only 2 on table after 35 mins! We spoke twice to passing waiters without any more dishes appearing. This Neon experience was now becoming dull and disappointing. Finally we spotted our original waiter. Bingo apologies and food arrived with minutes. Amazing tapas,as we had anticipated so 10/10. Wine was delicious too. But poor customer service left a sour taste on the pallet!!!!

I have been to neon jamon many times and will come back many more !

Booked very last minute staff able to accomodate . Plenty of choices, food was delicious . Very helpful and friendly staff great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Great atmosphere, welcoming staff,delicious cocktails,good food, reasonably priced,definitely try it ! They had a few large groups in on Saturday night so we had a bit of a wait for our food so they brought us a freebie patatas bravas to keep us going, much appreciated .Will return soon .

Excellent food and great service. The tapas was amazing and the cava too. Would definitely recommend! Try the chorizo lollipops and the ham and leek croquettes. Delicious l!

Incredible food and the best service! The two waiters were extremely knowledgable and really friendly. They were attentive but didn’t hover. I’d go back in a flash.

Visited on a Sunday evening ,we were told about any dishes which were unavailable before being seated. Food and wine authentic and delicious. staff very pleasant.

Service very good, staff very friendly. Food tasted good but is hugely over priced. Pork cheek was very tasty but at over £9'for little more than a mouthful it was greatly over priced.

Delicious food yet again! Service was a little slow at first and all the tables were quite close together. However the staff is all very friendly and the food is amazing so it's all worth it!

Service just ok Food not great Sour dough bread with tomatoe hardly warm and soggy Chicken skewers chicken was fatty all in all not that good rest food just average Would not choose to eat here again

Absolutely gorgeous meal with excellent service. Had a selection of tapas - highlight was the steak and the sea bream. Really really delicious food - can’t wait to return.

We had a very good and relaxing meal at Neon Jamón. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was of a high quality. We particularly liked the straw fries with paprika and eggs.

Unfortunately the service wasn't quite up too standard. They weren't clear with our orders, food was slow to serve and dishes weren't cleared away promptly when new dishes arrived but our table was still covered with the empty tapas dishes.

Very welcoming . Good meal . Attentive staff. Two tapas very long in coming. Service could have been quicker . If restaurant been busy would maybe have been waiting longer

Great atmosphere, fabulous staff and food to die for. Would highly recommend a visit this place. Lovely beer garden also to the rear for a pre meal drink.

Arrived late due to traffic rang restaurant to let them know when I arrived lady on reception stated good job you have arrived that she was just about to cancel my booking even though it was not busy lots of tables free 😫

Fantastic food, nice atmosphere and staff were exceptional giving us advice on what to order and information on the area as I’m new to Liverpool- they really went out of their way. Food was absolutely delightful. Will be back again shortly.

The staff were great, helpul and friendly. Food was good and so was the wine. Recommend the aubergines, the morcilla and egg dishes. The truffled goats cheese was yum too

Good food, good service, just a bit quiet at lunch time so lacking a bit of atmosphere. Took the children who ate all and want to go back next time we're in Liverpool.
