Excellent food and service. Nothing is too much trouble. Always my first choice when looking to eat in town.

We had a really lovely visit last Friday and the food was wonderful. The waiter was really helpful and when a couple of items were delayed he came and apologised and said he would take them off the bill, even though we did get them a bit later on. Also when we later ordered desserts he had to come back and apologise because that particular item was now not available. We ordered different desserts and when they came the waiter had arranged for us to receive complimentary drinks to make up for the problems we had encountered during the evening. In all the evening went really well and the waiter was so good at covering for the missing items, that it had not spoiled our evening out. We don't judge on missing items as that can be expected on a busy night. Would recommend a visit as the food was great and the staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Excellent restaurant just inside China town. Friendly helpful staff. Food is great especially the Iberico ribs which are definitely the best I've ever eaten. Would definitely return next time in Liverpool.

We were Seated straight away, food great with friendly service - highly recommended and I’m sure we’ll be back.. Me I seems to have changed recently which freshened things up a little too.

We were greeted and seated warmly by the staff. Our order was taken and our tapas dishes came out as and when they were ready. Unfortunately one of the waitresses just plonked the individual dishes down without a word and we had to call her back to ask which one it was. She also brought exactly the same dishes to us a few minutes later and we had to send them back. We also waited quite a while after requesting our bill. Other than that the food was really tasty and we would go back.

Good food, nice wine and good atmosphere. Return visit and not disappointed, ordered plenty of food and wine, bill reasonable. Be sure to book in advance as it can get busy

Food was good but not as good as previous visits. We were sat upstairs which lacked a little atmosphere but overall an enjoyable experience. Service was a bit mixed and again not as professional as before.

Great atmosphere, Tasty food, plenty of small plates too choose from with several vegetarian options, being tapas the small plates come out at different times, and the service was friendly and prompt (although a little to speedy to clear away plates, felt quite rushed). If your a Gin lover, only a small selection to choose from, refreshing Spanish lager went well with the meal. Definitely worth a visit.

Food was amazing and came out so quick, staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend the chorizo lollipops to anyone who ventures here!

The food was extremely tasty and the service was very good too! The mini burgers were a little too peppery for me but excellent quality though.

1st visit to NJ with friends and will definitely be coming back! Delicious, authentic tapas served in generous portions. Attentive, friendly staff. Quieter end of town made it easy to hail a cab home afterwards. Just great!!

Went out for our anniversary - this was probably less formal than we would usually choose for a special occasion, but the reviews got us hooked, and we weren’t disappointed - Great food, lovely staff and a fab playlist. We really enjoyed the sea bass and chorizo dish! Thanks to all.

Good food in a great city. A little bit lack in the service, but an ok experience. The dorado was really good, and should be tested by other guests.

Went there with the family - Fab food, modern, contemporary surroundings, really good selection of Tapas and lots of it! will go again when in town. Recommended

Fantastic food and staff were all very friendly but not over the top best food we’ve had for ages. Nutella cheesecake was amazing!!!! My favourite was the sautéed mushrooms

Lovely food, great service. 3 courses and drinks took a bit longer than the others we’d had, but was all apologised for and rectified. I look forward to eating there again!

Fantastic food, speedy service. Only blip was being charged for the table next to ours’ food as well as our own! It’s also in a great area with good bars nearby. Would definitely return.

Fantastic food with a chilled casual atmosphere, I always visit here when in Liverpool. They have great fish and meat dishes it has it all.

Very poor- eggs over cooked steak chewy and rushed in and rushed out wouldnt go again. 35 minutes from start to finish felt we couldnt relax and food was bang average

Staff were great the food was mediocre. We were expecting really good food but the reviews didn’t live up to our expectations. Maybe a little more time spent on the preparation would go a long way.

Food was ok but service was some of the worst I’ve ever received. 15 minutes wait for drinks order, food order wasn’t long after and generally food wasn’t a long wait however trying to order another drink was very difficult and even when we ordered one the wait was unacceptable. No apology, nothing. There were no staff around to even complain. Ordered dessert and waited so long that we just asked for the bill to be told that the kitchen thought we’d had dessert and that’s why it hadn’t come. We were not offered anything as an apology. Again the wait to pay the bill was so long we got up, put our coats on and stood and waited - nothing. So we went downstairs to the bar to pay and leave. The service was that bad it would put me off returning and I’m not usually one to complain - trust me!

We were a group of 8 and we’re told we had to have the set menu, which wasnt ideal. We weren’t able to order from the menu, which would have been preferable. Also everything came too quickly as if they wanted us to Eat and leave quickly.

Food was pretty average, nothing to shout about. Service was pretty poor; at one point we waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to our table for our next order. I imagine there are better tapas restaurants in Liverpool to go to.

Good food, good environment, Some waiters could’ve been a bit more chilled out as it seems they are rushing customers, exactly the opposite of you want when you go out for a meal with friends. Place could also be a bit quieter, it isn’t a bar/club. As everything to get top rating in my opinion just taking care of this two aspects and you’re there.

I'm my option one of the best restaurants in Liverpool, with a great manager and staff. Never let down when coming here. Thank you 👌

Fantastic tapas! Gambia’s to die for and the goats cheese with honey and orange are phenomemal! Asked to swap tables 2 mins after being seated and food slightly pricey (especially straw fries) but would visit again!! 6.5/10
