Strips of chicken fried with peppers, mushrooms onions, sundried tomatoes and olives. In a rich red wine sauce.

Spicy, rich tomato sauce with fresh basil (add prawns or chicken for 2.50).
Spicy Salmon Pasta
Large salmon flakes, onions, Jalapeños in a rich cream and white wine sauce. Finished with lime and dill.
