We have visited the Northumberland Arms a few times and always had a great meal. However our most recent visit yesterday was disappointing. Service was very slow, starters were cold and the pork schnitzel overcooked- the crumb was almost burnt. It was very disappointing, and definitely not worth the price.

The food was excellent and the service brilliant. It has been a while since we last visited but won’t leave it as long next time.

Lovely place to have lunch with friends.. good food and reasonable priced. Very relaxing.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful pub, friendly, efficient staff, great choice of meals, including lovely vegan options. We would definitely return if we were in the area again. Thank you.

Great place to eat. From the moment you walked in you were welcomed. Service was very professional and friendly, food was excellent. The meal was booked for a birthday celebration and the staff were really good and made the birthday boy feel special. Highly recommend

We stayed overnight and enjoyed fantastic food / service both at dinner and then again at breakfast. Staff are wonderful. Best of all, the hotel is very doggie-friendly ... Roxy even had her own menu !!

Our third visit for lunch in the last couple of years and again we were not disappointed. The meal and ambience are always first class and the service friendly and efficient. This time we were treating friends to lunch. The weather was awful. The roads were all around were flooded. Basically, the journey to Felton was challenging... but.... The Welcome we received at the Northumberland Arms made it all worthwhile . We'll be back.

Visited many times before, and this visit did not disappoint. The food as always is amazing- we both had the smaller plate of fish and chips, but couldn’t manage all of the amazing chips, followed sticky toffee pudding to share -the best. The staff are friendly and nothing is a bother. Warm and cosy inside. What more could you ask

Another lovely meal at the Northumberland Arms. The team are always very welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious particularly the desserts. They also have a great doggie menu, Lucy our Labrador loves the steak!

Went for Sunday lunch and it was lovely Returned on Wednesday evening and we both had the pork schnitzel my wife sent hers back as it was undercooked and mine was tough We were disappointed but would still return
