Nova

New menu at Nova and excited to start working our way through the menu. The food yet again was amazing, from the fish cake starters to the sea bass and beef through to the delicious desserts.

Superb meal as usual.....I've enjoyed my visit each time I've been. I took a friend who enjoyed her meal immensely. Here's to my next visit.

Lovely food, with good service and, with the early-evening discounted menu, very good value. We will definitely be eating there again soon. Very highly recommended.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal at Nova. There were 2 coeliacs as part of our party and they were made to feel fully inclusive, they were served 'the most delicious bread' (their words) - a rarity on a gluten free diet! We can't rate it highly enough. We will absolutely return to this little gem!

Amazing as usual. Food perfectly cooked. Service was good and attentive. Weather was warm when we visited and no air con but can't complain too much about that.

Fantastic food and warm welcome from owner and waiting on staff. Busted on a wet Tuesday evening and there was still about30 diners in there. Got the impression they were all regulars. Speaks volumes as endorsement

We had the early dinner menu on a Friday night for my mum's birthday, got there at 6.30pm, left a few hours later, not rushed at all. Fabulous food, wonderful service and such good value. Will definitely be back.

Excellent evening out with good friends, made all the better by the quality of the food and service. With delightful surprises at both ends of the meal, clever vegetarian haggis amuse-bouche to start and individual chocolate or cranberry delights to finish, the attention to detail throughout the evening was exemplary. All the mains, 2 enormous and reportedly full of flavour t-bone steaks, 1 sea bream, and one lamb were perfectly cooked and presented. Good friends, good food means a stress free and most enjoyable evening.

Brilliant food, the best restaurant in Heswall and the service could not be faulted. We took our parents there for the first time and they both loved it.

The best meal we have had in a long time and certainly the best we have had in merseyside. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was incredible value for the standard and attention to detail. Excellent!

The food was excellent with some unusual options, the staff were very efficient and pleasant, the tables well space with comfortable seats and the atmosphere lively and friendly. Very good all round.

Simply put, the best restaurant on the wirral. 5 star food and service. We were catered for as a party of 10 and Nova created the most wonderful of evenings.

Our second visit was just as good as the first with excellent food, friendly attentive service and good value for money. We will be going again.

This is the second time we have dined there. This time there were 7 people in our party and everyone enjoyed EVERY meal they had and we all ate at the same time, which is amazing because many restaurants get it so wrong and more often than not, one person ends up waiting. Not here, the staff are lovely, efficient and courteous. The food is delicious and I had the best rack of lamb ever, so succulent and tasty. I also love the little 'free' extras you get, a lovely touch. The menu looks basic but believe me don't ever be put off because what seems like a simple choice, Rack of Lamb, turns into a beautiful meal with tasty vegetables beautifully presented. Definitely recommend here, hesitant to write this review just in case we cannot get a table in future!!!! Compliments definitely go to the chef and their amazing staff.

ALL SIX OF US LOVED OUR MEALS. STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY FRIENDLY AND THE RESTAURANT VERY KINDLY STORED THE BIRTHDAY CAKE DROPPED OFF THE PREVIOUS DAY AND BROUGHT IT OUT ON QUEUE. COULDN'T FAULT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU.

We're never disappointed by our visits to Nova. Our food was excellent, as always, and Jana is the perfect hostess. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

We had a wonderful meal at Nova for a special birthday. The service was quck and helpful. The food could not be faulted, it was of a very high standard. Lovely place for a special meal out.

The food from start to finish was just lovely. All the additional little touches put this restaurant in a different class to many of the nice restaurants in Heswall. Looking forward to returning already.

Nice food, good service. This was our second visit to the restaurant after a recommendation from our Daughter. We will definitely make a return visit some time in the future.

We arrived at nova restaurant and were greeted with a warm reception. The service was excellent and the food is also excellent. The early doors optional menu is great value and you are offered free canapés before the meal and delicious home made bread. All in all a lovely evening. Would recommend a visit.

This is a little gem of a restaurant. The food is wonderful as is the service. I had the homemade soup and then the fish. We all shared a delicious cheeseboard. Well done as always Nova.

Fantastic experience, extremely polite staff, excellent quality of food, nothing too much trouble. I placed a last minute side order which arrived within minutes. Will definitely visit again :-)

Individual amazing restaurant, food is always so good and the choice of wines is excellent, staff friendly, helpful and service is excellent too! Food individually prepared, giving time to enjoy the overall experience and relaxing armosphere. Well worth visiting this restaurant!!

The food we ordered was wonderful. We really enjoyed the canapés and bread with olive oil too. The wine list was interesting and wide ranging and not too prohibitive in price. To top it off the service was excellent. We will return.
