love the food, service great but some tables rather cramped

First time visit and will definitely return....food was delicious and a lovely choice.staff were all really pleasant....definitely book in advance!

although the food was very good, anniversary meal spoilt by being crammed on a small table between other diners, and extremely hot and close temperatures, plus nearly an hour from ordering to get main course (no starter ordered)

We always use On the Hill when we want a special treat. It did not disappoint. The food was well presented and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Wish we lived. a bit nearer!

This was our first time at On The Hill and what a fantastic dining experience we had. Our food was full of flavour and very well presented, the staff were attentive and friendly and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Can recommend the Scallop and Taste of Greece starters and The Fish Market, Asian Chicken, Welsh Pork Trio and the Steak special main courses. Didn't have room for puddings but will definitely be trying the Citrus Trio or Orange and Ginger Cheesecake next time we visit, which I'm sure will be soon.

Absolutely Delicious food. What a good idea to have a selection of "mini desserts" so you can have a sweet finish without bursting! Be warned the "mini" starters are very moreish!
