Great until the end when we were asked if we had paid, by the person who had already taken our payment. In addition we had to also remind them that we left a tip.

First time visiting Ounce Worcester, and the food was amazing, will definitely be back again, the steak, the fries, the garlic mushrooms and even the little side salad with the added bit of grated cheese was great. The only downside unfortunately was the amount of time we were sat at the table with our dirty plates and then the time it took for us to get and pay for our bill. Whilst other tables were served around us, and staff were stood near the bar chatting we were sat waiting about 30 minutes to pay, so we got up and paid ourselves on the way out in the end. This would be my only criticism hopefully this is better next time. But could not fault the food at all, that part of it was perfect.

The best roast dinner we've ever had! Service was a bit slow to start with, it took about 15 minutes to be given a menu and take drinks orders but couldn't fault anything after this! Lovely friendly staff, top notch food would recommend it to anyone

We visited Ounce to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Both of us steak lovers, we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and did everything they could to make our evening extra special. The food was superb and this was echoed by fellow diners. Great atmosphere too. We will be returning!

We ordered the Chateaubriand, hands down the best steak I’ve ever eaten, literally could have cut it with a butter knife and it was cooked to perfection. Scallops and scotch egg were ordered as starters, again, perfectly cooked and delicious. Very friendly and efficient staff, pace of service/food was perfect. If I was to be super picky, the music didn’t particularly suit the setting and I’m not a fan of sitting on a shared bench but that’s a bit ‘Karen-like’, as the food, atmosphere and service are fantastic.

Service was nice, waitress was friendly, although a little quick. A breath between courses would have been preferred . The steak wasn’t great quality and lacked taste too.

Lovely atmosphere despite being a quiet lunchtime, attentive but not overbearing staff and amazing food. We love it !!

Went on my daughter's birthday on Wednesday. Reservation was 5pm. It was not busy. Food we had to wait for 40min or so. A bit too long considered it was not busy. Steaks were good as always. Onion rings on the other hand was just ok. However- we will be back soon x
