Petit Paris

Everything about this place is good. Had the pre theatre menu, service is prompt but not rushed. Lovely atmosphere and food is delicious. Very popular so need to book ahead.

Always good food here, although service at busier times can be very slow. Monday evening was busy with pre-theatre goers and obviously has regular custom.

We had a fabulous meal. My daughter had the Beetroot Gnocchi and I had the Butternut Squash- best meal we'd had for a long time.

Booked for a quick Saturday lunch as we were in town for a days shopping and PP gets very busy so didn’t want to chance disappointment. Excellent meal as usual. Friendly efficient service.

Came for a pre- concert meal. This unpretentious, friendly little restaurant was buzzing, with people who had no reservation having to be turned away. Service is excellent , with 7 -8 very busy, friendly and efficient waiters. They must be exhausted by the end of the evening. Food is well cooked, hot and promptly served. Just perfect.

Lovely time had at Petit Paris. Lovely meal and very courteous waiters and waitresses. However, slightly disappointed having told them when booking that it was a Birthday meal for my son's 20th, that they didn't put on a little surprise of some kind for him.

Excellent food and friendly service in a small vibrant restaurant in the heart of Nottingham. Good value for money with a three course set price menu. Good choice between meat and vegetarian dishes.

We had the pre-theatre menu and it was extremely tasty and unbelievably good value for money. We will definitely be going there again in the future.

Starters were definitely better than the mains but all round nice food and good service

My wife and I really enjoyed our evening at Petit Paris. The food was excellent and a great choice of wine and gin! The steak wrapped in bacon and blue cheese was impeccable! The waiters make you feel very welcome. We sat with the view overlooking King Street and Market Square. The Big Wheel is in Nottingham at the minute so made the view that much more special.

Excellent meal and service. Many many years since we last went to this restaurant but we weren’t disappointed. It was a belated visit to the theatre so a really nice lunch before the performance. We really enjoyed it and will definitely visit again .

As usual we enjoyed a delicious meal at Petit Paris. Great service and really good atmosphere. Still my favourite place. Definitely the best Frenvh restaurant in town for me.

Value for money, great service and a lovely place to dine with great views! My aunty first took me there one Saturday for a lunch and I’ve been going back since with different friends.

Easy to book a table on-line. Table was ready and waiting for us. Service was immediate, but not pushy at all. White wine was served chilled. Our starter orders and mains were taken and delivered at the right interval. excellent service with a smile from all of the waiters. We did linger as there was a party of us, but, we were never made to feel that we were being "shoved out". Lovely experience as always at Petit Paris. :-)

We dined are Petit Paris last Saturday with a group of friends. The food and the service were excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant and we left in good time for the theatre. Well done everyone.

Wonderful experience. We visited on Sunday for a birthday gathering. Staff were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. Definitely one of my go to places in the future

Excellent service. Waiters were friendly and did a great job in recommending dishes . Autntic Grench food.Baked monkfish was superb.Very reasonable prices for both wine and food. Cosy atmosphere!

We had a lovely evening. The sommelier was excellent in his suggestion of wine for us. The food was served very quickly, which meant we had to ask for a break after our main. The blade of beef was a little dry without the jus but still very tasty. The pork was well executed. Treacle tart to die for. Service generally good but a bit bitty and Bobby with different staff coming to the table all the time. Still very enjoyable and would go again

I gave Petit Paris a 5 as there was just a mix up whereby our meals ended up on the next table with the other customers having to pass our plates over to us. Otherwise we really enjoyed our meal.

Lovely food and wine. Great service with plenty of staff on hand. Just felt ever so slightly cramped as the tables were on the small side but this wouldn’t stop me from going back!

Pleasant 3 course lunch enjoyed by myself and friend I enjoyed 3 courses Goats cheese starter Chicken main and we both had the bread and butter pudding with bailey ice cream and thought it was great.

We went at lunch time,it was our first visit. Didn’t feel very welcomed, weren’t sure where to go as no one to greet us, everyone busy. However once we were seated the service was good & the food excellent. I just wish someone had pointed out when we placed our order that we needed to order vegetables separately. Have to say creme brûlée was the best I have ever tasted in my life.
