Service was good and the setting is lovely however, the food was exactly the same as similar restaurants in the area so nothing special. Was my first visit and a little disappointed to be honest.

Stunning restaurant, beautiful decor, polite and attentive staff, and the food was incredible. The cocktails were pretty delicious too. When I heard there’d be a singer I was a little put off, but she had such a soft tone, creating a really relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful evening, thank you x

Early Saturday evening so not to busy, but this meant all diners were seated in the same area, not so good when screaming kids arrived next table! However apart from that bad luck the food and staff were on point, the food was excellent quality and well presented, the staff professional and attentive. Cost wise it’s not cheap, will come again but for a later sitting and a longer evening.

Food was delicious and service is always lovely but for 7.30pm on a Wednesday our table of 2 was only the second table dining at the time so felt extremely quiet and by 9.30pm felt like we had overstayed which was a shame. Would 100% go back though ☺️

Was not like previous visits. 2 of our party had moussaka which unfortunately now they only do vegetable options no lamb. Very bland they forgot the side salads and on prompting ran to kitchen and can only be what I can describe as the salads that go to the takeaway immediately brought these back.. nothing like they should be FREEZING cold hurt our teeth . Desert was ordered 3 x baklava..not like before..2 small baklava and very dry. Shame as this is one of our guilty pleasures! Restaurant was empty and for a Sunday night absolutely no atmosphere. Shame I normally enjoy it here maybe give it another chance but I was extremely disappointed especially when it had been booked and noted on reservation that it was for a wedding anniversary and absolutely no mention of this was made. Management need to take note that when asked on reservations about special occasions at least the staff should acknowledge this otherwise why ask. I’m not saying get something for free just a congratulations would be nice

We had a nice time at the restaurant, with friendly waitress and the singer was pleasant. atmosphere was nice. starters were really good, we loved the bread and dips. our main courses were slightly lacking. I had the lamb shank which just needed cooking a lot longer and slowly. if I was to revisit, I would stick to the lamb shish. they also need to calm down a bit on delivering the food. we probably would have drunk more but our starters and mains were both delivered super fast, and we were basically done in just over an hour.

The starters were lovely. However the children’s meal of fish fingers & chips was not satisfactory. The fish fingers were not real cod. Very poor standard. There was a promotion on for free Prosecco & oysters. It would have been nice to have been offered a non-alcoholic drink & alternative for those that do not eat shel fish.

The food was excellent, one of the best Turkish meals I have ever had which is saying something! It is slightly more expensive than others, but it is worth it as you get a better level of service, atmosphere, care & attention and overall we had a lovely night! Will definitely be returning soon!

Fabulous meal, great service. Best lamb shish you can get and a delicious steak too! Staff are brilliant.

The main course was nice but not overlarge and the side salad was very small and seemed very cheap,and no care. The crime brûlée was absolutely lovely. The prices were too high for the standard of food. I was charged £5 for a half pt. of shandy. I would not go back and pay the normal price for a meal.

We pre-booked a table for 5.30 but when we got there they were still setting the tables so we had to wait about 10 mins to be seated. It was hot when we were evenutally seated however the A/C came on about 45 minutes after. I had the lamb cutlets, my husband had the chicken shish, my mother in law had the moussaka, and my son had fish fingers and chips. The quality of the food was above and beyond average, so tasty and the cutlets were seasoned to the bone. Everyone were happy with the freshness of the meal and we also had a greek salad to start with. It was all so fresh and tasty - we will definitely return. In terms of price, we took advantage of the government eat out to help out, it made the food more affordable. But will definitely return for a special occassion. Don't think its a place I will go to very often. Restuarant was a bit noisy for me - but with post lockdown it didn't bother me that much as it was a nice day weather wise and we recived good service - and people were so happy just to be out. and catch up with friends and family x

Very fond of pivaz. We have been going there since it opens. Lovely decor and friendly staff. Order salmon no potatoes and a salad My friend had sea bass no potatoes and salad. The sea bass was tiny and served with as plate of chips. The salmon was overcooked and served with mash. Salad disappointing. It was late afternoon and not busy Service was good. Disappointing

Female waitress was very hardworking. Some of the chaps seemed to spend most of the time behind the bar instead of serving tables. Felt quite sorry for her, as she seemed to be doing most, if not all of the work!

Drinks took 40 minutes to arrive, we ordered a second round between our starter and main course and ended up cancelling the rou d because we had finished eating our main course and were so thirsty we had just had enough. Couldnt even manage a jug or bottle of table water. They gave us a discount and refunded some stuff as our order was wrong. And to top it all two of us had an upset tummy all night after getting home. No social distancing meaaures were in place except the staff wore masks. Tables were tightly packed and very close together. Overall very poor and wouldn't go again

The service was excellent when we arrived and for the first 2 courses but it took a long time before our dessert order was taken and ages before I got the bill. Although this is better than being rushed the las part of the service should have been better
