The Po’Boy is a New Orleans classic – a Nawlins classic, if you will – and while the Dear Green Place may be a long way from The Big Easy, you can get yourself a taste of the bayou on the banks of the Clyde at Po’Boyz in Partick. The Po’Boy itself is a sandwich, but as with everything American, the simple description doesn’t really do it justice: this is a sandwich writ large, stuffed with shrimp or beef brisket and served with coleslaw and Cajun mayo on a fresh ciabatta bun.
