I have eaten consistently well here. The pho is always a good test of any Vietnamese restaurant, particularly the broth. At Que Me, the broth is light, clear and flavourful of star of anise and beef bones. Very good quality. Particular favourites are the banh cuon, pork mince wrapped in rice flour, and the bun (vermicelli) with crispy spring roll and grilled pork. The two course lunch for about £8 is great value. The decor - hand painted scenes of the Vietnamese countryside - and the Vietnamese music make for a pleasant ambience. A great addition to Stroud Green Road.

Good food. Very friendly staff and a wonderful environment. They made my mum's birthday extra special, will definitely recommend as a place of choice in Finsbury Park.

The food is freshed and very happy with all the dishes that we're ordered. Overall, excellent food with decent price. Looking to come back at some stage.

Good service, decor & ambience. Food was a mixed experience. Some dishes - such as the fried squid & pancake were good, but others (fried noodles, chili prawns) lacked taste & were bland. Overall a pleasant experience but room for improvement.

Restaurant interior was cosy, colourful and welcoming. Service was good. Food was absolutely delicious and very good value! Got very noisy, the busier it got - but to be expected for a Saturday night. Would definitely recommend it - check it out!

Ok food. Slow and inept service from very pleasant people. We had the veggie set menu for two. Too much fried food in the starter.

We came here based on previous recommendations and we weren't disappointed. Great choice and the starters in particular were incredible. The beef in betel leaves and the squid in batter we're especially stand out. Great service too. What a find.

Fabulous authentic flavoursome food - it's a great addition to the restaurants of Stroud Green. Visited on at least six occasions now , the papaya salad is a must.

Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We asked the friendly person serving us to tell us if we were over-ordering and she removed one side dish and and extra portion of rice and we found we had about the right amount. We'll definitely be going back there!

Authentic Vietnamese food. The broth for pho is complex and flavourful. They also have Vietnamese pancakes. The menu is extensive. Lunch menu is a bargain.

Very tasty food! Prices are very reasonable and staff pleasant. I am a fussy eater and it was not a problem to swap and remove things in my dish. Definitely recommend and will be back!

We are a Vietnamese family living in Holloway and have eaten in many Vietnamese restaurants in London, Paris and Vietnam so have high standards. We wholeheartedly recommend Que Me for it's food, value for money and service. I eat their with my 93 year old father almost weekly and he thinks the Pho is very good (he has it with beef cooked well-done). We came yesterday in a party of 14 and the waiter was friendly and helpful and we didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. The owners are also very welcoming and friendly. Their set lunch is fantastic value. They do a very good banh cuon, banh xeo, bun and nem. We tried the duck yesterday and it was very tender and tasty.

Que Me is relatively new in Stroud Green, but with a very experienced team and fantastic chef who together have worked in Vietnamese restaurants in N London for years. The food is excellent - fragrant, with lime-infused salads, great stiry freid chicken and delicisous pork in a caramel sauce in the claypot. Wine is a good selection and inexpensive. The service was welcoming and friendly - definitely a place to return to often to try out the long and varied menu. Only a few minutes' walk from Finsbury Park tube for a taste of Hanoi....

Great atmosphere, staff were very friendly and helpful and food was fine - although could have done with more mint in my chicken bun (Chinese new year so imagine the kitchen was stretched more than usual and perhaps running low on ingredients?!). Great place if want to BYO wine too. Would go again for a cheap bite, good value. Could up the herb quota in dishes though.

Fantastic food, quick and friendly service, lovely atmosphere. I can't praise this place highly enough. I had the Vietnamese pancake to start followed by the Saigon traditional bun with pork and spring rolls, both of which were cooked to perfection. Go!

Delicious food! Some of the nicest Vietnamese food I've tasted in London. Attentive, efficient and friendly service. The only downside is the restaurant is very noisy - it certainly was on a Saturday evening - and I couldn't hear most of what my companions were saying.
