Rana's Restaurant

Proprietor Gopi Singh knows his way around an Indian kitchen, and this nous is proudly on show at what you could very comfortably call his Stirling restaurant, Rana’s. Recently refurbished, Rana’s Friars Street address is all the more the ideal location for a cosy dinner date or a large gathering of friends, family or colleagues. Located in the city centre just minutes from Stirling railway station, the castle and the Thistle Centre shopping mall, it’s frequented by locals and visitors alike – bookings are advised, especially for large groups. Covering many a South Asian culinary base, Rana’s menu is clearly laid out chaat, lasan, poori pancakes and mixed platters to start through to specialty curries that takes their cues from recipes culled from the Punjab to the Goan coast.
