Rao's Bar & Restaurant

Been to the building before when it was a different restaurant. Always found it a cold space. The staff member was really nice and welcoming and friendly. We had really great appetizers but chose badly for the main fish curry. We she’d for an Indian curry , ie not loaded with sugar, but it was still quite sweet. We mentioned it to the waiter and he said next time he would recommend something more traditional. In all a nice time but not great.

Really enjoyed my first visit to Raos. My only criticism is that it was quite cold inside the restaurant but that was down to it being a cold and rainy night outside so difficult to warm up. The delicious food helped!

Food was excellent! Especially loved the black dhall and butter chicken. One item was forgotten - would have been nice for staff to have checked in to see if we had everything we needed as we had to request the item also a check in would have been nice to get additional drinks.

Food was excellent and great service too! Staff very attentive and friendly.

Lovely grill joint. Steak was lovely and tender.very well.cooked
