Lovely restaurant and food. Staff were attentive and polite. Great value for money.

Not up to its usual standard, prawn parcels exceptionally greasy, chicken cashew nuts, chicken was just weird some tasted almost uncooked, so not the greatest experience. I’ve been going and recommending for years but this makes me in two minds of going back

We visited the Rendezvous with friends that had never been before, they were amazed at the wonderful friendly and warm service from all of the staff, nothing was a problem regarding our meal, as we did ask for a couple of sauces to be changed to go with our main meal choices, all in all a great evening thanks guys, looking forward on coming back again soon

Service was excellent, we decided on one starter to share and a main meal each. One bottle if white wine and two coffees. The food was hot and well seasoned with added Chinese spices. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

We booked here as we were attending a show at the Usher Hall. Service was polite and very fast, just what we wanted as we had limited time. Food was excellent, as always.

Another good evening at The Rendezvous. We tried the duck which was excellent along with our favourite crispy beef

Been going to the Rendezvous for more than 40 years, the quality of food has not changed much over that time. Spare ribs and deep fried beef in chilli sauce is a must get.

The service was fantastic! Unobtrusive yet always there with drinks, refills, starters and mains served quickly and courteously. Don't let the walk in dissuade you. Go upstairs to the restaurant and enjoy your meal!

Have been a regular at the Rendezvous for 60 yrs. First Chinese restaurant in Edinburgh and still growing strong. Their spring rolls to die for. Service from Pham so good looking after his customers. 10/10 go visit close to the West End.

The food was really tasty and the staff were friendly. What more could you ask for. 😁
