Food, and service was very good. When booking didn't realise we would only get 1 hour, it was only when someone came across, and said we would have to vacate the table, as people were waiting.

very busy in restaurant which did effect the service but the food was great as usual

Booked for lunch, easily done online. We ate from the festive lunch menu which was set price for 2 or 3 courses, great value for delicious food. We will be back!

Good food but not served together so some had finished starter before others got theirs. Steep service charge.

Service not good meal for 4 all served at different times. Should have all been served at the same time. No veg ie no peppers etc just cashew nuts and chicken. Very poor presentation. £100 SPENT COULD HAD HAD A BETTER TAKE AWAY. PROBABLY NOT BACKNIN A HURRAY.

Only provided with Christmas set lunch menu on arrival. We asked and received the a la carte after 15 mins. The table is set poorly lacking authenticity. We had to ask for chop sticks. The shredded beef was delicious. The fried rice like most places these days is overcooked and under seasoned. This bulks it out but it's tasteless and ruins the experience. This place was legendary once but it's just run of the mill basic now.

It was a lovely relaxed environment for a catch-up meet with a pal.

Not up to its usual standard, prawn parcels exceptionally greasy, chicken cashew nuts, chicken was just weird some tasted almost uncooked, so not the greatest experience. I’ve been going and recommending for years but this makes me in two minds of going back

We visited the Rendezvous with friends that had never been before, they were amazed at the wonderful friendly and warm service from all of the staff, nothing was a problem regarding our meal, as we did ask for a couple of sauces to be changed to go with our main meal choices, all in all a great evening thanks guys, looking forward on coming back again soon
