Food very overrated asked for medium rare on the tuna and the beef but both arrived well done. Disappointed at those prices . Had a guest with allagies and the chef was very accomadating

The food is wonderful, so tasty so delicious and so nicely presented. Service was just right the timing, the knowledge and the pleasantness of the staff was brilliant. The atmosphere and décor perfect. A very very enjoyable experience. Will definitely return.

The restaurant was smart, the food excellent. Even for a relatively dead night like a Tuesday the atmosphere was good. I'll definitely be back again.

This restaurant is a real gem in Beverley and offers something which isn't available anywhere else in the area. Excellent food packed with so many lovely flavours, good service from professional staff and perfect ambience.

We had a warm and friendly welcome upon entering and the service was brilliant, very polite and efficient. The food was excellent, everyone on our table enjoyed the evening and left very happy!

As always the whole experience was of the highest standard. The food and the service are exceptional and the atmosphere of the restaurant adds up to an excellent evening.

The front of house is very welcoming, the food divine and the atmosphere is a pleasure. Booking on line makes it a lot easier as you can see what is available straight away.

Another great experience at the Ogino, the menu has changed since our last visit, but the standard is just as good. We enjoy trying different types of food so the Ogino fits the bill perfectly. It was very busy on the Sunday evening of our visit. We certainly intend to go again in the near future.

We love going to Ogino. The food is always excellent, with plenty of choice, we would definitely recommend the mixed starters. The staff have always been friendly and have explained the menu. The only negative we have is that we think it is fairly expensive.

Never tried Japanese food before and we wasn't disappointed. Food tasted amazing and the service was fantastic. Great value for money too. Very stylish restaurant and will definately returning in the future.

Food always good at this restaurant but drinks very expensive as an example 2 small cokes £5 ! which is a blatant rip off and not justified.

Had a lovely time and as always the waitress and reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Only downside is the length of time waiting for the food courses but not much of an inconvenience due to being in a group and enjoying conversation.

Still the best! We have been visiting this place since it opened and the quality of food is still fantastic. Wonderful flavours with Japanese twists on favourites alongside wonderful Sushi and a knockout platter for starters.

Nice food and atmosphere. Would have preferred bigger portions of food. What we had was very well presented. A little on the pricey side. Service was good.

We managed to reserve a table the same day which was a surprise however when we arrived it was nearly full with a good atmosphere. The service was slow throughout and my chocolate gateau dessert rather heavy but the tempura was wonderful and will definitely be going again.

Super intentions, absolutely fabulous food. Would like to have been sat before 20 minutes after my booking and the complimentary soup, because the first course was still being prepared, was good but I'd sooner have had the food we''d ordered after 50 minutes of being at the restaurant. I will reiterate; The food is superb!👍🏻

Excellent cocktails, great ambience, service and food ! Definitely going back !! The set menu with additional Sashimi course was superb ! The group/private dining area also looked great !

Lovely food and staff. I even got a cake and candle for my birthday. It made it really special thank you. We have been several times and definitely recommend.

The food was excellent, would recommend the sharing platter for starters the mixture of flavours was wonderful. The mains were equally amazing, just had to add on a portion of the belly pork as an extra, you won't find a better dish of pork anywhere. Staff are helpful and good at explaining the dishes. great experience.

Fantastic food and service with some flavours of Japan I'd forgotten. Some great twists on original Japanese food. Maybe the plates were a little too full sometimes but ever hungry Daughter and Son helped out. Will go back again and again.

Ogino is fine dining Japanese Style. Attention to detail and presentation is first class together with the flavours it offers an excellent experience. Staff are knowledgeable in the product they present which is always a bonus. Would definitely recommend even if you think you don't like Japanese food, this will change your mind.

Substantially different and quality at a premium with well informed staff. Love love love ! Would recommend time and time again . Book with confidence !
