We had a lovely evening. My only slight negative was having to remind the staff that I'd already paid a deposit and it hadn't been taken off the bill. I didn't want my friends to know about it.

Celebrating my birthday at my favourite restaurant. Chose Soft shelled crab and Tandoori Rattan both very tasty dishes served with a smile, coffees and birthday cake served in the lounge.

Super food and service as always..... Had the 7 courses, delicious, the tandoori monkfish was the favourite of the lot. Eaten here twice, and Vasuu once, recommend here over Vasuu, both Atul Kochhar places. Sindhu has by far more depth of flavour on their dishes. Great slick service from skilled staff, many thanks.

Unfortunately I suffered a severe stomach upset after dining at Sindhu this time. Obviously something I ate there disagreed with me, I had nothing else to eat which could possible have caused the problem. I have never previously had a problem with any meal at this restaurant.

There are lots of staff - too many? - falling over themselves to do the same job. There also seems to be some uncertainty about who should be doing what. After the 6th person asked us if our main course was satisfactory, we got a little fed up with the intrusion. Food is lovely and has been on each of the occasions we have visited. Front of house needs some changes.

This was our second visit to Sindhu and we could not have wished for a better experience. The lunch menu gives superb value for money and the service was at all times obliging and efficient.

The restaurant at the back of the Complete Angler is completely underwhelming, a few tweaks would make it much more inviting. Turn the lights down & put real votives on the tables. We went for the 7 course tasting menu for £69 ea. We eat out a lot but felt it just wasn’t worth the money. We’ve eaten in Sindhu restaurants on two P&O ships where the atmosphere & experience was amazing. To me this was a cash cow.
