Another amazing visit! Delicious food, amazing service! One place i always like to talk about

We got the option to have meze banquet and for the price we eat till we were fit to bursting. Each dish was better than the last and the first few were great to begin with. A personal highlight was the lamb koftas and the pork skewers. The staff were very knowledgeable about the dishes giving advice about what sauces went with what dish and were extremely friendly.

Food excellent, as expected from previous visits. Very busy Saturday evening. A noisy, happy birthday party going on and we found conversation very difficult (two of us hard of hearing) but could not resent them having fun. We like the apperance of the surroundings. Staff friendly.

First visit for 4 of us & sadly I believe the restaurant is closing which in terms of local restaurants is a shame. The food & service was excellent and we would become regulars, hopefully another visit or two or three before the sale or closure! Or better still stay open !

We really enjoy the Meze here, great for sharing with friends. A little bit of everything so suits most people, even if there's a few dishes you don't like, there'll definitely be something for everyone. Baklava for dessert is always good if you're into pistachios and honey.

First time visiting, the atmosphere was beautiful, staff lovely and the food delicious.. also the little essentials in the ladies was very thoughtful.. definitely will be back.

Great restaurant, best in Horwich and my favourite for greek food. Would highly recommend visiting this place if you are in the area.

The best Greek food even tho it’s outside Greece. We visit the islands on a regular basis and always love eating at Sokrates. We were in Kefalonia 13 days ago and still wanted to visit, as the food is so good.

The outside of the building needs some TLC but the inside is lovely and clean and about friendship, good customer service and excellent food

Excellent meal and reasonably good value. Staff fantastic though they were rushed off their feet and some things took a little longer than you'd want, ideally.

We were a party of 3, and came for my belated birthday meal. We all had the meze, it is well worth the price. We were told by the waitress that we had a few more dishes but we were so full that we couldn’t eat any more. This is my second visit, absolutely love the food. Also must mention the service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

Not been here for years having moved out of the area but the meze is as good as it’s ever been and we can’t wait to come back.
