Food was lovely and good size portions, ood value so couldn't fault it. However their tables are too cramped and my friends and I were being constantly elbowed in the back by the people on the tables behind us. A lady had to even stand up on the bench to climb over the rest of her friends and us as it was easiest way to get out! Service was ok but waitress seemed a little standoffish. My rating of 4 was purely on food and 2 points deducted for the rest I mention.

Amazing time waiting for our LATE friends. However despite our friends being LATE the staff are amazing the beer is cold and delicious, and we only wait in anticipation for the food, as we can’t order right now cos our friends are LATE

Another excellent meal at Stein's with delicious food. Only slight shame is that our "doggy bag" contained somebody else's pork schnitzel not our chicken one!

went in a group. Great time - everyone enjoyed it. However when I got home I started being sick. This lasted until mid afternoon the following day. No-one else had any issues so perhaps it was just my meal which was a shame and not my usual experience of dining here

Loved the venue, beer was great, very good selection. Food was nice although a little expensive but the presentation was 1st class. Would have liked to of heard some german music, a few oktoberfest favourites would have gone down well. Overall it was a fun place, good drink, good food.

Portion size is enormous - but the food is excellent, real Bavarian style home cooking. The place is fairly tight, but the mezzanine offers a little more space for those with young children. Food took a fair time, but it was very busy and the quality was great so worth the wait.

Excellent food and excellent service. I was running over an hour late for my reservation and the member of staff I spoke to on the phone told me not to worry and said that my table wouldn’t be given away, which was really reassuring and kind.
