Great authentic German food and drink.Friendly staff. Went on Sunday lunchtime, so restaurant not too busy.

The food was amazing, with good service, in an excellent location by the river. Our waitress was fun, with a bit of sass thrown in for good measure.

The summer menu has some lovely options, especially the steak.

Got exactly the table we asked for. Food was lovely and service excellent.

Steins Kingston is in a fantastic location right on the river. The outside area is lovely. The food was delicious but go hungry as the portions are HUGE! Some of the sharing platters looked incredible. The service we received was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, the order was correct and nothing was too much bother. I just marked it down one star as our group of 12 was split over two tables, the table wasn’t deep enough for all our food and the seating was very crowded to the next table. We were literally back to back. Fantastic otherwise.

Lovely restaurant with seating overlooking the river. Good food and wonderful friendly service. And they had my favourite herbal lemonade which I've never had outside Germany before. The others in our party were equally pleased with the selection of beers on offer. In all a great evening.

We had a really good time even though our food got forgoten, we got offered a free desert and a round of drinks. It was really worth the money and time, the waitress was really nice and she had done a really long shift. Lovely service and atmosphere, amazing staff. Will definelly come again. One of the best places in Kingston!

Lovely waiting staff, good service. Food arrived quickly. And our reserved table was outside although I hadn’t asked for an outside table, which was lovely.

We had a good experience. The staff were lovely , the food plentiful.

BEING DISABLED I needed to use the downstairs toilet, after trying the door 3 times over a 20 minute period and found it locked I asked a member of staff if it could be checked to see if it was being used and she told me that someone must be inside and I had to wait so with great effort I managed to get up and down the stairs holding tightly on to the bannister rail for fear of falling only to be told on my return that a member of staff had unlocked the door with a key ---------- as you can imagine I was NOT amused

Great as usual, been here many times, never disappointed by the pork schnitzel.

Fabulous, authentic German food. Have missed white asparagus since leaving the old country. Almost cried when I tasted it again whilst gazing at the sunset over the Thames. Perfect!

We have been to Stein's a few times and it never fails to deliver! The food was great (if you love bavarian food) and the services was great. The staff made us feel at home. One area for improvement is seating for bookings, please don't seat us at the door, we took time to book give us a decent seat.

Steins is simply one of the greatest dining experiences in London! Whether you fancy an evening with family or a two litre beer boot (das boot!!!!) this is definitely the place for you! The wait staff is knowledgeable, friendly and super professional! Highly recommend!
