They've removed their halal menu, which removed alot of choice. All soy sauce meals contain alcohol. Food was average, service was good. Will not be going here again.
Amazing. Great food. Good service. Already planning to go back. The nigiri and sushi rolls are really good. Had a very good experience. Would reccomend.
Quick friendly service lovely food love coming here never been disappointed I would thoroughly recommend it . Bento boxes are very good value and high quality
Best sushi restaurant in London! Great food at affordable prices, excellent service and a lovely environment. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to find amazing sushi at fair prices.
Lovely restaurant, lovely staff, great atmosphere, delicious food. It was the first time i went to shushinoen and i enjoyed every minute. Will come back for sure
Excellent dinner, including for one gluten free member of my family. Impeccable service and exquisite courtesy of the whole personnel. We’ll sure be back once we are back in London.
Eccellent food. Impeccable customer service. The prices are very reasonable. It really has the feel of a family business. I would definitely reccommend this restaurant.
Wonderful food good service and friendly staff definitely recommend it
Love this place! 5/6 because their sushis are amazing but less so the plates. Went their for a dinner a was also very reasonably priced!
Fantastic food. Attentive staff! Reasonable price. Had a great time. Highly recommended. Will surely be back to this little gem in White Chapel next time I’m in town.
food was delicious and the beer was great! definitely going back and would definitely recommend. I had the salmon bento, loved every single bite as did my colleagues
Great food with a traditional and modern menu. A good selection of dishes. Served a good chirashi, apart from the ikura. Accommodating staff without any fuss.
Great food and service and a good price. Lovely restaurant m, clean and comfortable and really enjoyed my bento box and green tea! A lovely experience and will return when I am next in London!
Great sushi selection. Good and friendly service. We were a large group of friends and all were well catered for - had a good time overall!
Extremely rude service. The manager was the worst - she scolded us for bringing a cake to celebrate there and demanded us to pay £6 for the cake celebration. As we were unhappy with her rude attitude, we wanted to pay 3/4 of the service charge. However, she gave us another round of lecture saying she originally wanted to charge us even more for the cake but due to a relatively small cake, she charged us £6. She then throw the bill on our table extremely angrily as if we owed her. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH.
Delicious food and courteous service. The food arrived quickly and was well presented. Sushinoen is one of the few that you can always trust with consistent quality of food and service.
Really good service and really nice food. Try their gyoza and spicy salmon makis. Highly recommended and very closely like a really Japonese experience !
We have been going to Sushinoen for years and it keeps on being consistently amazing! Everything contributes to an amazing experience: food, drinks, service and more
Delicious food and sake, good service and decor. Sushi and shumei were all excellent (especially the crispy salmon skin rolls). Lovely sake menu. Definitely going back to try some more!
Really fresh and good quality food! Selection of sake and drinks is also good. The place is very cosy and comfortable. We have enjoyed ourselves
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We could have carried on eating all night. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who already likes Japanese cuisine and to those who would like to try it.
Amazing food beautiful presented great service good wine - will be going back - would recommend very highly - good lunch deals too -enjoy your visit!
Good location and very good service. Unfortunately the food was average and extremely expensive, not value for money. The noodles were too sweet and quite a small portion for the price. I will give another chance over lunch but unlikely to go back for dinner. Sorry.
Fantastic food - perfect sized platters and lovely sake cocktails. Gyoza was really good. Sushi probably had the edge over the tempura for us overall.
It was great! The service was super friendly and attentive. We were there early in the evening and the food arrived quickly. The restaurant had a nice athmosphere and was authentic. The only not so nice was the music selection... The food was very tasty and there was a great variety of traditional Japanese food. Would come back every time!
We booked for my friends 30th Trekked half way across London Only to be told the restaurant was closing in half an hour The staff were polite but at the end of the day utterly unhelpful Complete disappointment
One of the best value service and quality! Try their nasu dengaku, do yummy! The sashimi was of good quality as well. Excellent and attentive staff, thanks!
Gem of a restaurant! Incredible food and service! Highly recommended to any fan of japanese cuisine. We will definitely be returning & recommending to friends!
Good food, very accommodating. Everyone got what they ordered apart from me as I was missing my main dish, even though the order was clearly written on the spreadsheet I'd sent ahead of time. They refuse to take more than 4 card payments which seems odd.
This spot is maybe my new favourite sushi in east london if you don’t want to break the bank. Service was warm and welcoming, very diverse and varied menu, the quality of sushi was incredible and it was made so quickly.
Good food but the atmosphere was quite quiet when we visited on the weekend
Great customer service and experience. Food tastes good and authentic, however, it comes out quite cold than I would have expected. Only issue is the main dishes should come out hotter.
The service was very good. The fish wasn’t super fresh, still quite nice but not too class. A bit too expensive in my opinion. Thanks
Great food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Prices reasonable for London. Sushi really nice and fresh and the udon noodles had a great flavour. One of London’s hidden gems.
Nice food and nice environment. Staff was quite helpful and food came fast. Very close to the underground station and well connected. I would definitely recommend it.
Food was fantastic - highlights included the nasudengaku, spicy edamame, gyoza, veg tempura and the sushi platters. Service was great, and the menu is reasonably priced for such a variety. Will definitely be going back.
Despite with more offers in sushi the restaurant offers a very good and tasty variety of proper japonese food, which is what makes me go to a japonese place.
Nice restaurant, the food is good and people are nice. However it can be really expensive if ordered too much from the sushi and snacks column.
One of the best little sushi places i have been to in a while. Its tucked away and first impressions from the outside do not hint at the quality of the food and service inside. Tempura was fresh and showed no signs of dirty/old oil being used as is common in a lot of places. Fish was fresh, though the rolls were a little poorly cut, however this is a minor problem and didn't detract from the overall experience.
We were a party of 11 and we experienced a friendly welcome, great atmosphere, terrific food and service. We will definitely come to Sushinoen again.
