Great food and wonderful service. We had the winter tasting menu which was delicious - spicy, amazing flavours and really varied. If you want a fine dining experience and love Indian food then this is the restaurant for you.

It's now a regular for me. I've always loved Indian food and the menu at Tapasya has many dishes that I've not encountered at other restaurants. I like a 'kick' sometimes too and the chefs are always happy to add some extra heat. The cuisine is more refined. Nice touch with the open kitchen and the decor and atmosphere is just perfect to make you feel a sense of celebration.

Fabulous food, refined and packed with flavour. The service is excellent from the moment you walk through the door. The setting is beautiful, very clean and very smart. Well worth trying-a very special secret.

never experienced, Indian cuisine quite like this before :) the food was beautiful, the staff were very helpful, venue was lovely, highly recommend the venue and will definitely be returning

Proper real authentic Indian food in a lovely a la carte setting, certainly no curry house / takeaway. Attentive staff, brilliant service and above all... great food!

Busy Saturday night although waitress polite continually got the order wrong brought glass of white wine instead of bottle of red wine brought only two starters instead of three.

After using tapasya from the first day it opened , and having some very pleasurable evenings , being very well looked after , valentines night was the opposite, booked in for the valentines meal , to be told on ordering they had no cava and was offered the cheaper proseco, seem to of been rushed , and the champagne which was part of the valentines menu was entirely even offered , I am sorry to say that our special night was a major let down

Visited last night for the Valentine's Day special menu. We enjoyed faultless food, great drinks and excellent service ☺ Will definitely be coming back again.

Great food, great service. It's always one of my favourite restaurants in Hull. This time I had a korma which I NEVER order as it's a bit boring, but the flavours were so good, it was absolutely delicious. And the carrot pudding here is just heavenly. Love this place, and the mocktails are superb xx

Fabulous food and amazing cocktails! Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. A totally different class of Indian food...can't recommend it highly enough .... definitely worth a visit. Everything we tried was lovely....and a little bit different.

We enjoyed the meal. The food was imaginative , not a curry house, and beautifully presented. The service was excellent and the staff had a knowledge of the food they were serving. All four of us had a very enjoyable experience.

Superb as always, love this restaurant. The food is gorgeous and the service is fantastic too. We have never had a bad experience here, highly recommend.

Excellent contemporary Indian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The king prawns with coconut are a treat. The staff are very attentive. Overall a highly recommended restaurant.

Another excellent meal one of the best authentic Indian meals locally, persuaded friends to come from Scunthorpe and Knaresborough rather than meet in Bradford for an Indian. Decor very up to date not your usual.Staff very attentive and great value.

Wonderful food and very attentive staff. The only criticism I have, and I am really picking, is that the staff are to attentive. In the sense that they are constantly at your table asking questions. However I am only picking here.

The food was delicious, we ate vegetarian this evening, although they do have a great selection of meat dishes, but I didn't miss it at all as the food was fresh and well cooked. Super attentive staff and chic surroundings

Excillent service and great tentive staff just a little overpriced for the very small positions and some food was over cooked! but I would visit again - red wine was a little cold and felt a little rushed through the courses - but hey it's a great restaurant and if you want to fine dine and feel special it just about deilivers ! may be I exspected more. 4 out of five and a thumbs up for my first visit - cheers 👍

Fantastic atmoshphere, the service was impeccable with every member of staff being very attentive but not intrusive, and most inportantly the food was absolutely delicious.

Excellent attentive service, excellent food and great gins. We visited for my birthday and will be returning when the opportunity arises. I particularly liked the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs going about their work.

Really lovely service from the moment we walked in. Staff were friendly and attentive, at periods we were left a little longer than needed (to order and pay) but that wasn't an issue. The food was amazing, portions very generous and extras were tasty! Would 100% return and tell family and friends about it!

On the pricey side for a curry but lovely food and well looked after by the staff. We will be going again and it is well worth a visit.

Absolutely amazing food served in a restaurant with very tasteful decor. Also the service was perfect. We had a choice of menus something to suit all pockets. We shall certainly make return visits
