Tas Bloomsbury

I always love coming to this restaurant; the food is excellent and very reasonably priced; the atmosphere is pleasant and the noise levels are never too much. This time I took a friend from Zimbabwe who now lives in New York & he loved it as well!

Food was lovely service was spot on . Would definitely go again.

Staff were charming and helpful, they made our evening special. We look forward to coming back.

As always the mezes were delicious. I particularly like Kisir. The service was pretty good though we had to ask for tap water and it should just have been brought. We had asked for a quiet table as all 4 of us are a bit deaf but the music was too loud. I asked for it to be turned down and they helpfully did this. Why do nearly all restaurants have music that makes conversation a strain? Overall though it is still a very good place for food, value and quick service.

Friendly staff. The food is very good but overpriced. The cost of a meal for two people for starter and main with drinks cost over £130.

Excellent food - great variety & high quality - good service, nice ambiance & reasonable prices. Our first visit to a Tas in probably 5 years, but it was still as good as we remember. Loads of veggie options (one of our party was a veggie), & everything was nicely presented & very tasty. Only minor quibble was the 13% service charge. Otherwise excellent.

Food excellent and service good. I really like this restaurant, but why oh why the loud music? The place was full, there was animated conversation all around, and the loud music made it hard to hear one another speak. It really isn't necessary and marred what was otherwise a lovely meal. PLEASE don't play loud music. No one is listening to it.

We felt the staff could have been more pleasant, as I have been to other TAS restaurants where the staff were extremely friendly.

My sister in law recommended this place as she has visited Evs. I thought the food was very tasty and lots of choice. Must visit Evs in the summer as l want to sample Chicken Beyeti ifyou have it

A family birthday lunch Was Bloomsbury proved to be the best choice for atmosphere, service and conviviality. Service by a well trained and courteous staff and excellent food laid the foundations for almost enjoyable meal.
