Tas is always reliable and the staff are very friendly.

Very good and tasty food, friendly and efficient staff, great value. Perfect for a pre theatre meal before going to the Old Vic theatre.

Excellent food. Turkish food. Very good meza and lovely lamb skewer main course. Attentive staff and very reasonable price. I have been here 3 times when I am in London. Very near the old vic and open for lunch through to dinner - useful for the matinee.

Delightful staff, quick service prior to the theatre and tasty dishes - only reason for not full marks was blast of cold air every time the door was opened (table just inside the door)

We had a family outing to The Old Vic Theatre matinee of “Christmas Carol” and then we went to Tas for an early supper. Perfect.

The restaurant was very busy for Christmas but the service and food was as good as always. Thank you.

Arriving 20mins early on a Fri evening was no problem, we had a lot of different staff dealing with us but all of them were lovely, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The hot and cold mezze dishes we picked to share were just delicious, the bread free-flowing, the aperitif and wine were spot on, and the baklava always the best way to end a meal at Tas. Fab evening!

Great location, great service, but impossible to hear any conversation as the noise level is appalling! The mezze starters are delicious, but the lamb kofte was not so good.

Great place for pre or post theatre meal. We had the £22.50 set menu that gives you a choice of two meze starters, a main and a glass of house wine. Delicious food. It was busy so attracting attention from the waiting staff was tricky at times, but staff were very smiley and helpful.

I do like TAS, this was not my first visit. This time my friend and I shared the Renk Set. The Tabule and Ispanakli were too citrusy, this time, and the Kisir a bit too sweet.

Usual warm welcome, interesting and varied menu, attentive and helpful service, delicious food at sensible prices....great!
