We would have liked it if they had immediately taken our drinks orders or at least brought us some water, because we were thirsty and we kept telling them that we were. Other than that, the service was perfect.

Cote was as expected. Good food, very good value for money and the staff are particularly helpful and friendly. I am a big fan of Cote and I hope they continue to flourish but I was a little concerned that on Sunday they were only half full but turned away so many potential customers.

A friend suggested Tas and we weren’t disappointed! Fabulous choice of both starters and mains, plus yummy desserts! Wide choice of wines too. All tasted so fresh! Didn’t feel rushed at all.

Had the salmon starter - very bland. Had the spinach and feta pastries - had better from tesco - unfortunately couldn’t taste any of the cheese. Thought I was ordering the best item on the menu with the lamb fillet - slightly chewy and a very thin cut. Ordered a side of fries - I am super fussy so not their fault there not triple fried but normal standard fried you’d get anywhere. Annoyed they added a tip but that’s life. Beer was good - cold and refreshing. Skipped dessert as if the mains were anything to go by best stay clear. Overall eaten in london for a lot cheaper or the same and the food has been insanely good.
