The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. What really stood out, though, was the service—it was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. The staff made the entire meal feel special. Highly recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews but I was seriously impressed with every aspect of our experience at Taz last night. It was our daughter’s 18th birthday and a Wednesday evening but the atmosphere was that of a vibrant Saturday night, stunning interior, delicious food, great atmosphere. Friendly welcoming attentive staff. The owner even introduced himself and gave a complimentary cocktail to our birthday girl. We will definitely be back again as we had a fantastic evening enjoying every aspect of great food, company and ambiance. What a gem of a restaurant in Rettendon very much worth the drive out of town.

Really welcoming staff and overall atmosphere. Although extremely busy customer wise nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Fantastic food for all courses and for my two friends also. Reasonable prices too. All areas spotlessly clean. Definitely returning again soon.

Great restaurant food service etc. but music level to loud to have a pleasant conversation. An example waiter had to keep asking what we wanted as he could not hear clearly over the music. Just needs down a notch.

The personal greeting from Mehta was charming, he made us feel we were genuinely welcome. Our waitress was very attentive, pleasantly so. The food was good too.

First visit for most of our party of 7. Very friendly welcome especially to my 2 year old granddaughter. Service was excellent. Food was really good and plentiful. The only thing i would ask for future visits is to offer a dairy free pitta bread as we had 5 in our group that do not eat dairy. Will definitely recommend Taz to friends and family and look forward to our next visit.

Our third visit and our guests’ first, to get in the mood for our impending holiday in Turkey. The staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We all had different choices and everything was delicious.

Have been before but it was just as perfect, the food, the atmosphere, the staff, 10 out of 10! So attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommend

Fantastic, been a handful of times before and will be going lots in the future. A firm favourite of ours, especially for special occasions. A wonderful evening out, service is immaculate and food is divine. Furnishing inside is just perfect. Couldn’t recommend Taz more!

A really fabulous evening, they treated our friend whose birthday it was to a beautiful chocolate handwritten message and ice cream, plus a cocktail. It was really lovely, could not fault it.
