Amazing food, felt like I was back in Thailand with the flavours and aroma of the dishes. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the dishes and about Thailand. Fantastic location, didn’t know this gem existed but will definitely be visiting again. Went out with my mum who is vegetarian and the choice was brilliant, she couldn’t decide what she wanted to eat and settled on Beancurd with cashew nuts - the beancurd was cooked perfectly and was light and delicate to the palate. If I could give a higher rating I would, you have to try this place, it’s absolutely mind-blowingly amazing.

Waiting one hour for our starter to come out ,than only received half,so told the rest was coming, which did not come until 20 minutes later,we than ask how long would we have to wait for our mains( which did not come) we gave up and ask for the bill,they did not even apologise

It was mid week, so not very busy. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was abundant and packed with flavour. I would recommend a visit to this little Old Town gem anytime!

I have always praised the food there but this time was very disappointed. The food has always been delicious but our Orchid Platter was half cold and half hot.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. All at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back again very soon.

The food in this restaurant is very nice but the staff are absolutely awful. They completely ruined our night out. Uninterested, lazy, rude. The owner is a horrible piece of work. I feel sorry for the chefs as their food is lovely. I will never go back. As this place only had 5 customers, including us at a peak time I presume I’m not the only one that thinks this. Do not go to this restaurant. Old town Thai in wood street is far superior.

The food was lovely as always but it was freezing cold in there as the heating was broken Couldn't wait to get home to get warm.

Definitely our favourite Thai restaurant in Swindon and Wiltshire. Food and service always of a high standard and an extensive menu with oodles of new dishes to try every time we visit.

Always have great food at Thai orchid. Really good value for money and best Thai place around! Food can sometimes take a little while to come out if it’s busy
