Overall our visit was extremely pleasant . Just a little niggle with being put in a little room , our party of three could hardly hear each other as we were in there with another rowdy table of eight people .

the waitress was slightly rude, and we felt as though we were imposing even if we asked for water. they messed our food order up and gave us a kids meal instead, luckily after we explained we got a free meal however the overall experience wasn’t up to standards

The table position was unsuitable as neither the waiter or other customers could get by. We sat for 15. Mins before we were asked if we wanted a drink. The food was not as described although very tasty.

The food was good, but it was very slow as such there was a long wait. Even drinks arrived long after we had ordered them, and on occasions required a second reminder. The staff were friendly if you managed to get them to come to the table. They just weren’t attentive.

Great food and friendly service. Our meal was considerably late due to a large party on in the marquee and our £100 deposit was initially left off the bill. But it was Christmas so we are not put off returning

An hours drive from south for me and and hour from the north for my friend. Good meeting place. Have been before and will definitely visit again. Quite loud though without soft furnishings to absorb the noise in the conservatory area. Good food and good service. Thank you Hornblower!

Food and service was great... Please dim the overhead lights.... Far to bright... Unfortunately the noise levels from a group nearby was enough to make us leave.... But the food was lovely...

Visited one evening for dinner, restaurant busy, quite long waits for pudding then the bill. Food great though, well presented and tasty.
