Service and food very good, portions just a bit too big for us but I guess fine for most.

Disappointed following previous years visit. Different chef. Standards have slipped very average meal will not be returning.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere as always. Is a must restaurant to visit if you’re in Blackpool and the views of the sea with the sun setting were exceptional yesterday!

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was lovely. It is a really relaxing and enjoyable evening.

Shocking from start to finish. 1. Asked for two beach house well done burgers, when came told one well done and one ordinary, said wrong then server decided both well done . Asked for tomato ketchup given mayonnaise . Couldn’t eat too pink. 2. Server male went to take my cocktail away I said hadn’t finished he said (Only Asking)!!!! 3. When bill came was charged £10 extra for limoncello which supposedly complimentary. I was given £5 refund my friend was then charged an extra £5 instead of refund. Told them hadn’t asked for limoncello anyway. 4 Requested no service charge on pad as not deserved appears still paid it!!!! 5 Wouldn’t recommend Beach House organised chaos food not good expensive go elsewhere.

Birthday celebration. Venue, food, staff, tunes and ambience first class and great atmosphere even on a Thursday evening in early December.

Loved the food and service, Aga was wonderful at looking after us. We will definitely be returning.

This was a very nice visit to the Beach House restaurant, the view was amazing and the food was good, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I hope to come back to this restaurant soon.

Great food, good size portions, excellent service. On the night we were there, the weather was terrible, windy & sheer rain & unfortunately the sun roof was accidentally opened!! Resulting in a very wet 5 minutes - however the staff acted quickly & apologised, made everyone laugh though

Wouldn’t return. Food was average, and the fact we were sat in the bar with a toddler to eat wasn’t acceptable.

The food wasn’t worth the price they charge. Also service was slow, they didn’t bring my drink which I had to chase and then after our main meal nobody came back to offer dessert so we ended up leaving.

Shame the 16oz steak didn’t come smaller size - a waste of some food 10/12 oz would have been perfect

Food was great and was seen to quickly to get our initial drink and food order. However, I could see lots of staff chatting whilst I was waiting to order a desert and when I wanted to pay the bill. Could have got another drink out of me easily.

We didn't like the music. There was an event on and a there was a DJ, the music had too much bass, felt it was more suited to dancing than to eating. Had we known this, we would not have booked a table tonight.

We have been to the Beach House a few times and to be honest, it’s not as good as it used to be. The prices are now very high for a very mediocre eating experience. Service was not good at all - they actually removed the service charge as our drinks arrived after w head been served our main course. The bar had three staff and there were four waiting staff (as far as I could see) but there was no sense of urgency at all. Waiting staff stood chatting at the bar rather than taking care of customers. I sat and watched while the bar staff did nothing for about five minutes. The table next to us also has to ask where their drinks were so this wasn’t an isolated problem. The food was average at best but is charged at a price higher than many premium restaurants. Our fifth visit to the Beach House (we come to Blackpool once a year) - probably our last.

The service was excellent, the food was good. Overall a good dining experience, maybe a bit noisy but that is also expected with a full booked restaurant
