Lovely food and drinks, excellent service and with value for money

Booked a table for 4 for my daughters birthday. Seating with a sunset view was realky nice. The cushioned bench seat i was sitting on was loose and uneven a,little uncomfortable. Food arrived promptly. It was good but expected more from it. Flavours lacked the punch but good. Maybe it was me but the food was warm not hot. We had cocktails which was well made. The person who served us was very good and polite. When we paid we were expecting a 10% discount as this was the offer but we never received it. So paid full price. Out of 10 I will give a 6

Great warm welcome in an amazing setting with views of the sunset, accompanied by live music. Waiting staff were slow and inattentive even though the restaurant was quiet. The chicken liver parfait was loose and runny rather than a firm moose. The fillet steak ordered medium was served rare, no one asked if everything was okay, we didn’t have time to send it back due to the slow service and having theatre tickets booked. The ribeye steak ( medium ) was cooked and served to perfection. 1 starter, 2 mains and a bottle of wine was £175 including the 8% service charge that they automatically add to the bill. Will try them again but won’t be rushing back.

Just keeps that amazing standard. The staff are incredible. My son said he made a new friend with our server. The live music was really good and were always so happy to celebrate here. We have our anniversary here every year and always feels so special. Thank you Beach House x

Ambient atmosphere, eating delicious freshly cooked food overlooking the sea. Had the tapas menu. Share board, the chicken and mouthwatering prawns washed down with a glass of Chardonnay. A day I'll remember forever.

This is the 3rd time we ate here and the menu was different. I ordered two tapas dishes and my partner the burger. My food came cold and 10 minutes before hers arrived, her fries were cold too but burger was warm. I ate one of my lamb skewers and 1 pepper and left the rest as it was cold and not the best. Nobody asked us if the food was ok, even when they removed my pretty much untouched food. They did however take a service charge on the bill without asking. Normally I have no problem but this food wasn’t good and nor was the service. Won’t be going again as our meal was over £50 and I cane home and made toast. Supposed to be special treat. We waited almost an hour to be get our food too. All round disappointing meal and experience. We weren’t even asked if we wanted dessert but left anyway as we had not been impressed

The decor and menu had been changed and as a result the ambience was not the same. It was also more expensive than before, I do not think we will book again. Disappointed. I was also ill that night as I think something disagreed with me., although the food seemed fine.

When we arrived our table was not ready so we were asked to wait at the bar for 10mins, 20mins later we were lived to a table in a doorway and told we would move to our table when it was vacant, the people occupying it had not yet left, or been asked to move by the staff. We asked another staff member after being sat for a while if the booth was ready and they went off to find out, they came back and said it would be ready once they had cleaned it. A short while later a couple came in with a baby, who it transpired knew the staff in the restaurant, they sat at one of the large round tables, after a while they were moved to the booth we had been waiting for. We were then led to the round table the couple had been originally led to. We found this level of service to be disrespectful and severely lacking in integrity, this is the third visit to the Beach House and only the first visit were we shown any form of interest, the previous visit we were ignored for 45 mins before being asked if we wanted more drinks when we had not been asked for our food order. The food on every visit however, has been wonderful.

The food came at different times . Despite asking for a quiet table (to discuss business) we were not on a quiet spot and the table on the corner basically erupted due to aledged infidelity. So rowdy and not commanding of the venue

I come up to Blackpool a few times a year for work and always go to The Beach House. The staff, atmosphere and food has always been fantastic. Highly recommend The Beach House 😃

Wow, incredibly high prices for low to average food. Drink prices were a joke. Paying for the view, which wasn't there at night. They either have to improve the food or just rely on tourist traffic...what a terrible shame

I have visited this restaurant several times (maybe 3 or 4 times a year when I come down from Glasgow). It is always amazing, hence why I didnt choose the "terrible" option. Last night, not so much. I don't know if there is a new chef or they were just rushed off their feet but the main was basically inedible. The ribeye was tough, chewy and had to be yanked at with a steak knife to get through it, there was white unrendered fat throughout it, so clearly hadn't been cooked properly, resulting in a £42.50 steak by left uneaten. The peppercorn sauce was cold and gloopy and the skin on fries were stone cold. When explained to the server, she suggested "Maybe it's because it's coming up to Summer". A totally odd comment and no offer to replace it or remove even part of the cost from the bill. Definitely not what I have experienced previously and it would make me question a return visit in the future.

Not as good as our last visit. The pizza was quite dry and unfortunately not worth the money this time, although my wife’s meal was very good. The location is excellent and one of the main reasons we enjoy coming here, but the food didn’t live up to expectations on this occasion. The staff, however, were very friendly and I can’t fault them at all.

Amazing staff - quickly shown to our table - menus were given drinks order taken and arrived quickly food order taken and within 15mins food arrived- beautifully presented and super tasting dishes - had cocktails and the bill followed by a complimentary shot all in all a fabulous lunch x

We booked the table for 4:30, arrived at 4:15 but didn’t get seated until 5 without any explanation or apology. The service was slow, food was poor - chicken was overcooked and dry. Food was stupidly over priced, paid £140 for bad service and food. Disappointing to say the least.

Pizzas were soggy and dripping wasn't impressed unfortunately will come back but probably just for drinks next time
