food was good and service, prices are a bit expensive

We were really looking forward to dining here for a birthday celebration but we were disappointed. It was way too noisy and very dark - I love low level lighting but when you have to use your phone to read things it needs a little more illumination. Thought we might get a bit of sophisticated dining but unfortunately not. Feels more of a bar that does food. Some of the staff looked unhappy and there was a bit of glass smashing at the bar too. The food was ok - I had the chicken Shish which was no better really than my local kebab shop and a lot more expensive. Real shame - has a lot of potential.

Overall an enjoyable visit. We had not been for a while after being disappointed a while back but there were no waits, the food was served quickly and the staff were lovely.

Been going regularly since it opened. Think standards have dropped ....but still enjoy going and still the best location in Blackpool.

Food is great, took about 30 minutes to acknowledge we were there after being seated otherwise would have been full marks. They were particularly busy on arrival though.

Really lovely meal, staff were excellent and friendly, with an amazing view. Our visit was a return visit & will definitely go back again when we are in the area.

Fab vibe and excellent food. Disappointed I could not book my preferred table.

Food was fantastic however we waited 45mins for our starters only to find out our order had been lost! In the end we had some money taken off the bill at least but the service wasn't great

Menu has changed and they have taken off some of my favourites. We waited ages for our drinks, the starter came before they did! Starting to look a little shabby and very expensive!

Booked a table for 9pm, still wasnt seated by 9.45pm. Then watched a free table in restaurant being given to staff before ourselves. Enough said.

The location was perfect, right on the sea with great views. The place was hopping on a Friday night. Unfortunately, our Chicken meal was disastrous, very tough and inedible, however, our very pleasant waitress insisted on sending back our food and offered a replacement or to choose another dish. Reassuring us that the replacement meal would be delivered as quickly as possible. There was no hassle or embarrassment with an apology from the chef. This would not put us off visiting again as we enjoyed the atmosphere of the Bistro.

We had a wonderful evening. The staff were very attentive. We even manages to get a table overlooking the water which was unexpected.

Sat very close to live music. To loud to have conversation which was our only issue. Enjoyed the experience. otherwise

Lovely food, lovely location and good food are the plus points however the drinks are massively overpriced £5.20 for a pint of lager is ridiculous I may expect to pay that in London for example but not Blackpool and the soft drinks for my daughters are staggering and the music is way to loud for 5.30pm. I wouldn't rush back which is a shame.

Beach House Bistro is my favourite place to get food and a drink in Blackpool and it never disappoints. We came an hour early to our reservation to have drinks but they had our table ready, which was great! The drinks menu is fantastic here and they have an array of great Gin! Also lots of great things on the menu! We had a few of the tapas like falafel, tomato salad and chicken wings which all tasted great. The service was excellent; the staff are very polite and efficient here. The free postcard was also nice. It is a tad pricy but the quality is very good. The atmosphere is very chic and romantic with lovely decor.

I really loved the atmosphere of the Beach House. Beautiful view, hip decor and very trendy chic feel to it. Lots of windows make it very bright and it seems like a fantastic place for summer drinks and the location by the promenade is great. Plus there's plenty of outdoor seating. I've come here a few times for both lunch, dinner and drinks, and am not disappointed so far! The food is really good and high quality, I quite like the Buddha bowl, falafel and sushi they have here. The drinks menu is great, very extensive with everything from gins and cocktails and beers and whisky. This place is extremely popular and almost always books out for dinner so a reservation is essential to avoid disappointment. Service can be slow during busy times, but the staff are polite and friendly otherwise. Overall, I would really recommend this place for special occasions, work parties, dates etc. where you need to impress.

Really very poor after emailing and speaking to someone on the phone informed the beach house that we were a small hen party of 6 coming for cocktails at 6 on We were told to remove our bridal shower sashes no one even acknowledged the event we were celebrating it was hardly busy as it was only 6pm on the whole a very disappointing visit which was a shame as it was myself that had visited before and recommended the venue to my friends
