The Butcher and Tonic is a new bar and restaurant that serves up amazing steaks and a huge selection of gin varieties in the heart of Lancaster. Found just a stone’s throw from Lancaster Castle, the main rail station and St Nicholas Arcades, The Butcher and Tonic is close to the city’s main attractions and sights.
