Went Monday lunch, had booked in advance, got there early and was seated with no problem. Food was great, some new dishes. With the 50% off food offer, was amazing value

It was cold, a few people had to keep their coats on. Uncomfortable seating, stools on high table. Food was good though.

Amazing food and drinks, will be lovely once restrictions are loosened so they can serve cocktails in the normal cups etc. Great place for family’s and big friend groups as it’s perfect for sharing. We will definitely be going back again! New favourite place in Cardiff.

Great staff.. food was tasty but arrived lukewarm and as we were sat outside it went cold very quickly. Would be quite expensive if you didn't get the 50% off that we had.

1st time visiting & will definitely return. Food was delicious as were the cocktails. But I have to give a shout out to the staff all of them were really friendly and seemed to be happy in their work. Extra praise for our waitress Sophie who was really lovely and very helpful & knowledgeable . Nice to find service staff who were happy to spend time with the customers rather than them being a nuisance as is often the case these days.

The staff are very nice. A little disappointed with the food this evening after having several meals at the coconut tree. Also the restaurant was freezing

Went for a birthday meal. Staff were very informative and helpful explaining the menu and the new government guidelines. Plus got given a free cocktail for my birthday! Food was amazing and very generous portions. Great experience. Will definitely be returning soon.

Food was amazing, but the service really let it down. Our food came before our drinks, so I had to get up to follow them up at the bar (they had been forgotten). The lady at the bar quickly rectified this and our waiter helped bring the drinks to the table. One of my party then ordered a desert while we ordered our last round of drinks and this too was forgotten. I would still absolutely recommend this place, we went on a busy Friday night so I am sympathetic that staff were probably rushed off their feet. This doesn't discount the fact that the staff are extremely friendly and the food is amazing - we'll definitely return but will probably avoid busier days in the future. One suggestion - there's a little side room where there's extra seating. We were sat here and felt a bit like we'd been forgotten about - it's difficult to get a waiter's attention if you need/want anything as they generally walk past the room between the bar and kitchen. Consider assigning staff their own sections to look after.

We arrived early and were accommodated. The decor and atmosphere is so cool and the service is laid back but professional. They know the menu. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Have the polenta mushrooms!! Amazing for a friendly catch up lunch of evening with drinks. Make sure you havea lot of room in your belly, highly recommended
