Disappointed as we have always had great service here but last night main meals came out lukewarm when we told the server he said take it up with your waitress, we tried to get her attention but she was the other side of the pub talking to 2 men seated by the door when she finally came over we all said meal was barely warm to which she said I'll have a word with the kitchen then asked if we wanted them warmed up or replaced but by this time some of us had half eaten the meal others had left most of it as was now cold so manager came over asked if waitress had done a table check to which she said yes after 10 minutes of food coming which wasn't true as she had been chatting to said 2 men by the door for at least 15 minutes so in the end manager deducted a round of drinks off the bill totalling £35 ...it was not that staff were rushed off there feet as it was quiet in there

OMG the food is amazing here. Staff are really friendly. Had a great night. Tried their Indian coffee a-maze-ing This is my new after work venue to catch up with friends 👍🏽

We chose this pub and grill to celebrate a special occasion, hoping for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, it turned into the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. From the start, the service was inattentive and indifferent. Despite it being a special occasion, there was absolutely no acknowledgment or effort to make the evening feel even remotely special. It felt as though the staff simply couldn’t care less. When the food arrived, it was luke warm at best even though we had clearly mentioned at point of ordering that we wanted it hot in temperature. One of the dishes was so underwhelming that we decided to send it back, but it took far longer than it should have to return. By the time it came back to the table, the rest of the meal — including the naans — had gone completely cold. To make matters worse, one of our guests wasn’t given any cutlery at all. We had to repeatedly ask for it, waiting far too long for something so basic. The same happened with a serving spoon for our shared dish — again, multiple requests and an unnecessary wait before it finally arrived. By then, the food was no longer enjoyable. We raised our concerns with the manager, hoping the situation would be handled professionally. Unfortunately, this made no difference whatsoever. The service did not improve, there was no meaningful apology, and no real attempt to put things right. A special occasion deserves at least decent food and attentive service. Instead, we were met with poor service, lukewarm dishes, and complete indifference. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning.

We were seen pretty much straight away, everyone was pleasant food was lovely as always and reasonably priced.parking was a bit of a nightmare had to wait until someone came out for us to park.other than that it was a lovely evening.

Food good, unfortunately the service was poor. Initially, the wrong food was brought to the table. We then waited for almost an hour before main course was served. Garlic and plain naan breads were mixed. 3 of 4 mains served and almost 5 mins for the 4th main to arrive at the table. 3 separate requests for extra drinks…..overall, not a good experience.🙁🙁🙁

Food was great, large portions and very good quality. Service was excellent. We were really looked after and throughly enjoyed the evening.

Easy to book online although being a quiet night it probably wasn’t needed. Greeted by a barmaid with a lovely smile and given a choice of tables. Waitress was excellent, very warm and friendly and always available. Starters were a meal in themselves and the main felt like it was served in a bottomless bowl. Both were very tasty. Bill was decent for the size of the portions.

Good food but the 2 sizzlers were 10 minutes later than the sides we’d ordered - our order was confused with another customers by which time our sauces and chips were cold…

Car parking is not good, also the surface of the car park is not good. LIke my city the pot holes are not good so be careful.
