Very nice all courses totally enjoyable Would highly recommend Great
Lovely food and staff will def be back very soon
Lovely place, food and drink quality is great. Just disappointed that at 7 on a Saturday night, several mains and starters were unavailable, spoiled an otherwise great evening.
Good food had a good nite will be going back
Fabulous food and service, as ever. Absolutely faultless. The best restaurant in the area by far 😊
Great food, great choice of wine, great service. Lovely day.
Amazing as always, I will continue to come back time after time, can't beat it, my client was also very impressed!
Wonderful fiod , lovingly preoared using very fresh seasonal ingredients. We gad the Spring Lasagne delicious.
Very friendly and efficient rack of lamb excellent thank you
Fine food from an interesting menu. However, one dish, whilst enjoyed, did not contain all ingredients on the menu. and in that sense disappointed. Service was enthusiastic, very pleasant and generally attentive. However at times they appeared very stretched and we had a couple of significant delays - I presume they were so busy downstairs they had struggled to find a moment to remember those upstairs. Enjoyable night out and good to see this restaurant busy. Will be back.
Excellent, food, service and atmosphere. You can’t beat this place
Fantastic food and service. What more can I say? I would recommend.
Went for lunch with my wife. Interesting menu attracted us there. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Second visit, will definitely go back
2 out of our party of 4 disappointed with lunch

We often eat at this restaurant and always enjoy our evening.
Sunday lunch today as excellent. Food really good and a relaxed atmosphere
Fantastic visit. Great staff, great food. Will definitely be back!
Such a different menu, one of the reason we chose to eat there. Polite and friendly staff, busy so need to book. Food was excellent!
Fourth visit here now and it has always been exceptional. Food is fantastic and the service is always fabulous. It's just a great place for Sunday lunch and I could not fault it and would recommend it to anybody!
Great restaurant, however, several dishes on the menu were sold out when we arrived which was very disappointing.
A lovely Friday night out with friends. Whilst not an extensive menu the food we ordered was very tasty and very well presented. The staff were all very friendly and were attentive. I would thoroughly recommend eating here.
Lovely ambience. Fantastic food. Excellent service. What more could you ask for? The menu offers a variety of dishes with delicious flavours, something a bit different.
It was very inviting the Staff were welcoming and the food was excellent. I highly recommend The Curious Eatery. I will definitely go back with my family and friends.
Excellent lunch catching up with an old friend who was down for the day. She loves the venue and the food. Lovely atmosphere, so easy to sit and relax as we caught up.
The menu was very limited, no light bites, and the service was slow (40 mins for 2 burgers & a manwich). However the meals were good.
interesting menu choices. i had the bean cassoulet with glazed squash and feta and my friend had the amazebowl. mine was very nice and though the small portion suited me,someone else with a larger appetite would be disappointed. prices were a little more than usual lunches even for the wraps but service was friendly. toilets were clean. will return
The food is fantastic! Staff are lovely! It’s the type of restaurant where you can dress up or just wear trainers and feel totally comfortable! We highly recommend!
This is a lovely local restaurant with a cosy and friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The menu choices are good and the food itself always freshly cooked and delicious. Would recommend
Excellent as always. With a good choice of food for all tastes and appetites. Great service with a friendly atmosphere. Our favourite local lunchtime eatery.
Cosy, shabby chic restaurant with a great atmosphere. Very attentive & friendly staff. Deliciously, different menu, the flavours were sublime. Looking forward to returning very soon.
Thank you everyone at The Curious Eatery! I took my daughter for a celebratory supper and we had a fabulous time, a delicious meal and very good wines. All the team were attentive and helpful, the balance was overall perfect. Thank you again, we love coming to The Curious Eatery!
The food was fantastic lots of depth and character. The service was very attentive my only gripe (being 6,4) was lack of leg room on our particular table.
60th birthday, family coming from Cambs and Bucks, where to go? Curious Eatery of course. We all had a thoroughly satisfying meal from a reasonably priced menu that has something for everyone. Buzzing atmosphere and super service, all in all a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
The meal was for my husbands 65th birthday, we chose a starter, the roast beef and a pudding . It was all stunning ,excellent value and the service was brilliant.
Lovely restaurant, great service & atmosphere. My only disappointment is the pricing policy on vegetarian/vegan options. In the past restaurants always charged less for these as obviously the components are cheaper then meat alternatives. Now there is a clear trend of "jumping on bandwagon" but also exploitation of what is an important moral issue for those who choose to avoid meat. Restaurants should be aiding this move away from meat - not trying to rip off customers. I'm happy to pay for fixed costs but only if variable costs are fairly applied. THE VEG OPTION SHOULD ALWAYS BE CHEAPER!!
Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. The food is freshly and well cooked and delicious. Wide choice menu. Would definitely recommend .
