Fabulous meal, the service is always very good and we all had a very enjoyable time. They serve an excellent range of real ale too.

The service, food, and atmosphere was great. A lovely independent pub which I will absolutely return to. The site recomended booking ahead and I was glad that I did as it is clearly a pretty popular spot with most if not all tables taken. A really lovely touch was my name was printed on the menu that I was encourage to take home with me :-)

Went with friends to celebrate my husbands birthday.couldnt fault it. lovely food,attentive friendly staff. the choice of 3 small puddings is a great idea. Hadnt been there for quite a while as we have a good choice of restaurants locally but will definatelt be going back again soon.

1st visit for a few years.Pleasantly surprised - excellent service,house wines,welcome and the general atmosphere. Food was absolutely brilliant.Will most certainly go back.Only place that cooks swordfish properly!

Fantastic afternoon, lovely touches from staff, menu was personalised & photograph taken of Birthday Girl when cake arrived and given as keepsake. Food plentiful and really good choice. Recommend this place

Superb service. Quality food, and eating off the prix fix menu is just fantastic value for money. Definitely worth trying and once you do, you'll be sure to return.

Food at The Fountain @ Clent was delicious all three courses and as it was a warm evening even had our dessert outside. Water comes to your table chilled in a bottle. Prosecco is smooth but crisp. The service was outstanding polite pleasant smiley staff who treated you politely and served you like royalty. Really clean beautiful pub but where is the fountain!!!!

Food served cold if you do not have gravey staff waiting on your table to to remove plates before you have finished. When told about cold food said sorry about that.

Lovely venue, fantastic food, fantastic service. This was our second visit and had a really good night, will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended.

Another memorable meal - garlic bread definitely recommended by my son! The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and gave excellent service. We just love their chips!

Efficient and pleasant staff. The restaurant was very busy, so if you don't like a lively atmosphere , don't go. The food was excellent , as usual. Well cooked and tasty fish dish with loads of different vegetables. The portion of the trio of desserts was very generous and a delight. Leave room for your pudding!

Friends and family have been raving about this place for years. Finally visit for the first time and wasn't disappointed. The food was lovely (I had the rib eye steak), the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive and the menu is reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

Lovely and polite staff. Customer service is fantastic!! My favourite restaurant for many years. Always go there when I can. The food is a beautiful.

Fantastic food, good quality. Great service, we were looked after very well. Only downside was we were given the wrong wine - a prestige rioja rather than a standard which was twice the price. Only discovered this having left the pub and didn't feel we could query it as no doubt we were probably served the prestige wine and it was simply a misunderstanding - we simply asked for "the rioja" but there are 2 on the menu. Aside from that, a lovely evening.

As usual the service was excellent as was the quality and quantity of the food. For me the icing on the cake was the personalised menus.

This is one of our favourite restaurants. On this occasion we took my dad for a pre birthday dinner along with our teenage children. Everyone's meal was delicious. Portions were very generous and we were given more vegetables and potatoes they we could eat with the main. The service was excellent as always.

Great food and a quaint country pub atmosphere. We ordered the lamb shank which absolutely fell off the bone, was extremely tasty with the sauce, and was very large - well recommended.

Absolutely fantastic food! Wonderful cosy atmosphere. A hidden gem! Have already booked another table. I would recommend booking in advance as it can be quite popular.

We enjoyed a very tasty and superbly cooked and well presented meal at the Fountain to night. The staff were polite and very attentive, despite an early booking on a Thursday evening the place was almost full and the service was excellent. We will return, as I suspect will many others.

A drizzly lunchtime in August, yet a packed Fountain and no spare tables! Quietly efficient, courteous and friendly team; excellent value menu and extremely well cooked meal with generous portions. The young staff are already a credit to the owners. Grateful that music very low as so many happy diners chatting away. Am torn between keeping this pub a secret and telling the world! NB there is more parking behind the pub.

This is our favourite place to eat and it didn't disappoint. Excellent food and good service in a friendly ambience. Set at the foot of the Clent hills, what more could you ask for!

The staff at The Fountain are very welcoming and friendly. The service they provide is excellent - there is never a feeling that they are 'hovering' yet they always manage to anticipate when customers are ready for another drink or the next course, I can't rate them highly enough. The food is always cooked and presented to a fantastic standard, the only problem being that it's so hard to make a choice from the menu. This is definitely number one in my top two favourite places to eat.
