We had a very nice Sunday Lunch with great service and excellent food.
Have eaten here before , minor point being charged over £4 for a bottle of tap water . Food good value
Our evening meal was very good. We all enjoyed our various selections and the service was efficient and friendly.
Perfect food, really large portions - we can recommend the liver & bacon, also the Steak & Ale pie, both delicious. Spacious restaurant where we felt comfortable with our two dogs. Staff attentive but not over fussy. Excellent meal. Drinks are expensive but ..... they are everywhere now. We were staying in the hotel and will definitely be back.
Very disappointed with the food. The roast beef slices were very thin, grey and curled as if they had been reheated instead of carved freshly. The fish soup was very stodgy and "heavy". We felt that some food was reheated from frozen. We did not risk a desert.
Lovely tasty meals and great service with a smile thanks
As well as having a meal there we stayed the night. Everything was lovely. Quaint old building. Rooms were clean and comfortable but the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A warm welcome at a beautiful venue that was perfect for a special event lunch.
Food was good and the staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our lunch very much
Matt the owner is very proud of his establishment and in particular the restaurant. He was very welcoming and the meal was beautiful. Lovely pub
we have been to the Inn on a number of occasions and as usual the service, food and atmosphere were excellent. If your in the Cotswolds and need a place to eat, we recoment the Inn for all Seasons.
Food was excellent and service very good too. Would highly recommend this dining experience
Helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. They didn't rush us. Good menu.
Lovely fresh food, amazing soup and great service in stunning pub
Lovely atmosphere, service good and pleasant. Crayfish starter excellent and plentiful. Main cousrse duck a little overcooked and dry with only a hint of orange sauce. We would both have preferred more sauce with the duck. Parmentier potatoes not as crisp as they could be but a nice warm bean salad complemented the duck well. Creme brulee with a hint of almond was really nice. the wine was expensive at £40.00 for a chilean chardonnay but it was pleasant and went down well.
Welcoming staff, lovely traditional pub with a good variety of drinks! Menu choice good. Food excellent! Didn’t get the lady who dealt with us the whole of our visit, but she was wonderful!…excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
I had the roast beef, it was delicious! For pudding I had the crème brûlée which was also delicious. Nice comfortable restaurant with friendly staff.
Love the place and the food was delicious, even though it was quite expensive, however it was reasonable for the area and quality. The staff were very nice especially (the chap who looks like toast of London) Thank you all for a good evening.
Can’t wait to come back.Great place. Excellent all round. Boo🍻
This is a wonderful venue set in a beautiful part of the country. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food we had was cooked to our liking, we also stayed overnight, the room was very clean, and very well presented. We will definitely be going again.
Warm welcome, shown to our room. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Dog friendly, room, bar and library. Met some old friends as well as enjoying their company enjoyed the overall ambience. Well managed and we shall come again. Thank you.
Lovely dinner, no rushed and a pleasant environment. Will happily visit again.
Fabulous warm and welcoming staff, I can’t wait for our booking on 12/9 xx
Lovely staff, brilliant portion sizes. Food was delicious except the burger which was a bit dry and hard on this occasion unfortunately.
been before -just as good! venue very busy but still good service throughout
Good table and ready when we were Good portions of well cooked food served at a comfortable pace Little disappointed that a wine listed wasn’t actually available Overall no complaints and will use again
Always have a very enjoyable meal, staff are superb as is the food.
Exceptional from arrival to departure thank you all very much
A Lovely breakfast with great hot fresh food and friendly service.
Excellent staff and food. This is a pub we have often passed. Now we have tried it we’ll definitely be back. Choice of real ales was good, even if there were only two.
Good food and service but yapping dogs at next table.
Lovely hotel and restaurant. We had a fabulous meal there Saturday 16/8/25. Joseph in the restaurant and his guys were brilliant, very friendly and professional. The food was excellent and good value. We would definitely eat here again in the near future.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food portions were big and very tasty we left feeling very content. Our server was great and was doing a fab job and his knowledge of the menu was spot on especially with the sizes of the desserts.
The waiter was very polite and friendly. Food was delicious. Only complaint would be that a fish knife would have been helpful when eating plaice. I ended up spitting out a lot of bones! Will definitely go again.
Great place for dinner. Huge menu choice and very well cooked and presented
Very pleasant evening, good food friendly staff and great atmosphere.
One of the best restaurant meals I’ve had for a long time
Food was poor. My wife had the duck that was overcooked and tough with roast potatoes that were not crisp and cold. I had fish and chips. The fish was ok but the cops were undercooked and the peas were shrivelled. We tried 3 different glasses of wine that were not good and expensive. The only saving grace were the lovely staff who were friendly and extremely helpful.
Excellent food and friendly staff. Nice surroundings. Reasonable prices. Price of water a bit steep.
Delicious food and plenty of it. Great service as always.
great friendly service especially the bar . good food with varied menu.
Great venue. Super friendly service. And amazing food. Thank you
A lovely anniversary meal, on what was a busy Sunday early evening. The food was lovely, service 1st class, and dining room nicely laid out. Plenty of parking and a lovely dog friendly garden. Would recommend, we shall be coming again soon.
Staff very friendly x helpful as one member of party had dietary needs. Food was very good
Great lunch, lovely location. Immaculate gardens . Very welcoming hosts😎
The food was no more than just ok. Service was slow and lacklustre and one meal did not arrive with the others. By the time it turned up everyone else was pretty much finished. Apology? What apology??! Will not return.
Food was delicious, service was outstanding and the parking was ample. This old pub was lovely.
Lovely place for a meal. We have been a few times and had great service. The menu has a good range of food and the food is amazing!
Beautiful place. We were a table of 8 and there were no delays in our service. A member of our party is a vegan and was worried that the vegetarian option included dairy. The chef offered to cook a wild garlic and courgette risotto which was delicious.
Sunday lunch for 4 people booked for 2pm. Table was ready. Food took approx 40 mins to be served. We enjoyed a drink in the lovely surroundings. Attentive staff. Yorkshire pudding and Cauliflower cheese were a bit overcooked and dry. Beef and Pork meats was delicious. On the whole we enjoyed it.
