A lovely pub. Really enjoyed our cosy, very comfortable corner. Very thoughtfully a high chair was already in place for our grandson on arrival. Excellent service and food. A most enjoyable Sunday outing.

Nice traditional pub, friendly and very welcoming. Had a lovely Sunday lunch here with family. The staff were great and very helpful, they even let me try a small measure of a cider that I wasn’t sure about ordering. This place is a real gem and I would definitely recommend a visit.

Super food, frankly better than the over-praised gastropub, The Spencer Arms, next door. Also one of the best, most helpful and friendliest bartenders we've encountered in a long time. Only wish the lighting was a little more discreet. Way too bright.

Friendly and helpful staff but food not great. I don’t eat meat but I do eat fish and the only fish choice was battered fish and chips. All a bit too oily, chips obviously not home made and side of tenderstem broccoli covered with chilli and garlic and smothered in oil. It’s no longer a ‘gastropub’!

We love our local! Staff is always friendly, warmly welcoming and service minded . The menu although seemingly ‘typical pub food’ is of the best standard and cooked to perfection. Full of flavours!

The food is really bad. I went there because I really liked Druv in Masterchef, but I suppose the restaurant changed hands.
