Everything was great, the service, food, drinks and atmosphere, all in all a really nice meal out.

Enjoyed lunch at The Mill very much. The sea bass dish was excellent. Dessert not particularly special - brownies (on menu) not available so had crumble and creme anglaise which was tasty but rather mushy. Will visit again.

Lovely food but drinks are expensive enjoyed the ambiance and the staff were great will go back again but won’t order drinks, a shame really because it’s all part of the experience.

Nice food and first class service. Word is spreading about this restaurant and people are coming from afar. Go and enjoy before it gets too busy.

Fantastic Sunday lunch yesterday! One of those memorable meals where the food and service were both top quality. Three guests, all ate different meals, all excellent. We’ll be back!

An excellent meal with friends in atmospheric surroundings. An extensive menu of delicious food. Friendly and efficient service. The only thing missing was the avaibility of craft ale.

We both had the Lunch Menu, 2 courses plus a large glass of the house red and coffees. This was excellent value at under £20 each. The restaurant was about half full at one point, a pleasant hum of conversation. One of the best lunch experiences in a long time in Otley.

Absolutely fabulous. I had never heard of it and would have struggled to find it especially in the dark, thank goodness for sat nav. The food was gorgeous beautifully cooked and presented. The decor was lovely subdued lighting. It's on my to go again list.

No problem with last minute booking, usual service with a smile from young enthusiastic staff lead by experienced manager. Haggis starter was superb , no room for pud after main course.

This is a little gem of a bistro which is hidden away! Would recommend as we had a lovely relaxed time with good quality food!

I’m coeliac and was told they are able to adapt most dishes to be gluten free. I had the braised beef and it was delicious. We would definitely return here, it was a lovely restaurant and a great experience.

Interesting site well converted mill unit. Good parking and great reception from cheerful staff. Had the Sunday lunch with generous two meat shared plate with crispy potatoes large Yorkshire puddings seasonal greens and good quality hot gravy. Inventive starters and large crumble to finish. Good selection of wines. Enough meat for a significant doggie bag. Pushed the boat out a bit so just short of £50 for the two of us. Second visit and definitely will be coming back.

Brilliant first visit. All the boxes ticked, nice welcome,good table,excellent food from an interesting menu and a memorable gin and tonic that started a lovely evening. Will be back for Sunday lunch(the real test for me)...Staff we’re attentive and helpful and listened to my one little request to reduce the air con...I always seem to get the table under the ‘draft’ but that was not a problem and we all enjoyed our time with you. Food and restaurant first class. Beckie and Sadie were really friendly and helpful. We could not ask for better service. The tables were not on top of each other, as was the case in the old restaurant. Very good menu with food to match. We will be back.

Took some American friends for lunch here. They were intrigued where the restaurant was and absolutely loved the history of the building. As usual the friendly atmosphere made the dining experience perfect.

LOvely food with specials available. More spacious than previous restaurant where the table were tightly packedin. The staff were cheerful and helpful and the food reasonably priced. A good rage of coffees were available.

Our main (Sunday lunch) was really good. We had a 45 min wait for our pudding and no apology, which marred the experience a little. On balance I would recommend it as the good was good.

Perfect Sunday lunch, had the sharing platter for two. Beautiful surroundings, great service, good value. Have also been on a weekday evening and that was great too. Faultless, will definitely be going back soon!

Lovely surroundings and ambience. My steak and my husband's burger were both cooked perfectly. The staff were attentive but not overbearing. As with all these places, drinks were expensive. I can highly recommend this lovely restaurant and will definitely be back.

We made a booking for 4 people. When we arrived we were pleased to see that in just over 2 months the restaurant has built up a reputation that it rightly deserves. In spite of a group booking (from choir) of over 2 dozen our excellent meal was served without undue delay. Full marks to a dedicated team.

The food was very nice but the service was very slow between starter and main when not not busy and with no apologies for this. No mushroom in steak and mushroom pie.

Four of us went on Saturday evening. Very friendly and efficient service. We all had different items from the menu and throughly enjoyed them together with two very nice bottles of wine. Total cost very reasonable for what we got and overall a very enjoyable evening. We will be back.

Greeting, service and food all excellent. Only problem was a fly infestation which was annoying, but acknowledge that this would be a difficult one to solve given the hot weather at the time. Will certainly not deter me from making this a regular very pleasant restaurant at which to eat.

exelent food , with first class service all round from staff . Our table was booked for 8pm we didn’t mind the short wait to be seated as a good selection of drinks were served with a smile at what we expected to be the busiest time of the evening, an all round enjoyable evening.
