The Mint Room – Bath

Lovely meal if bit noisy due to a very loud group. Service and quality of food great. An excellent meal for a birthday treat for a friend

Absolutely delicious. The sauce with the scallop and prawn starter was to die for and our other starter the rabbit was also delicious. The main courses were equally good and very generous servings. We were too full for dessert. Would love to try the Tour of India menu but would have to starve ourselves first. Great evening and Moe is a charming front of house.

Lovely food and perfectly cooked. The service was very rushed though and they obviously wanted the table to use again. I felt that spoilt the experience, as we couldn't relax and enjoy our evening. We left with indigestion after eating 3 courses in just over and hour!

Lovely food, great service, nice atmosphere. Very well organised and prompt service. Can't wait to go back. Beautiful smell of essential oils and flowers as you enter the hallway.

We have never been here before and can't believe we haven't! It is the location that put us off! Once inside you forget where you are though! I thought that a table booked for 7pm would mean we would be in an empty restaurant but it was fuller than any restaurant I've been to before! It had a wonderful atmosphere, the staff were charming and the food was very good. The starter we had was amazing and was actually better than the mains we chose. The pudding was so flavourful and up there with the best! I had mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and they wrote 'happy anniversary' on the plate which was lovely. They have a roof terrace opening in a couple of weeks so we will be going back again soon.

Amazing. Both myself and my husband enjoy Indian and we have a favourite we visit in London. The Mint Room is now my favourite. Great Staff Great Food Great atmosphere. See u soon .

Fantastic service, excellent menu and very reasonably priced - would recommend very highly. We had the Chicken Tikka Makhani and Garlic Chilli Chicken Curry with rice and a variety of naan bread between 2 which was wonderful. Will definitely return when we are next in Bath - not surprised it has won so many awards!

Lovely atmosphere. Service a bit slow as very busy. But food exceptional as always. I loved the pershwari lamb! I do wish they would offer whole poppadoms though. I know it's not very sophisticated but they do taste better.

Excellent Menu for the ocassion (in the Indian way)... ambience and service top class. For me, thegluten freeoption was very good. our son who runs away from typical Indian too late enjoyed the naan and the curry. We recommend!

The beautifully decorated interior created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The service couldn't be faulted in any way. All of our food was presented and cooked to absolute perfection. We will definitely be back again!

Visited the restaurant on New Years Eve 2016. A nice and posh restaurant with lovely subtle décor and a relaxing ambience and the meal was served by very friendly and efficient staff who were rather smartly dressed adding to the experience. Definitely a place to go back to in the near future. Andrew, Weston in Bath.

The meal was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Would have liked a better seat (we were at the end by the door but that wasn't a biggie) and my husbands lamb shank wasn't as 'fall off the bone' as it should have been and was a wee bit tough, other than that very pleased with my choice and my daughter loved hers. (I had the fish curry and she had duck in a sauce like a Korma) very tasty.

Excellent quality of food-different twist on your traditional Indian. Service could have been quicker. Overall very good standard. Would recommend to others after something a little different.

The choice of menu was greatly reduced since we last dinned in the mint room which was disappointing. The recipe for the Bombay potatoes has changed with them now having skins on them which was also not as nice as the previous recipe and what you will find in all other Indian restraunts. There was something different about the whole place since we last went and not so good, don't know if there has been a change of ownership or management.

The food was excellent along with the service. It was also useful having a wine guide with the main courses. The menu had the usual selection of dishes along with some more unusual ones such as duck. Would definitely recommend the Mint Room.

Excellent service, good quality food and nice ambience. We enjoyed all aspects of our meal - not cheap but good value for money and a good wine list with appropriate wines for Indian cuisine

Excellent restaurant, delicious food, great service....will definitely go again. We were there for my husband's birthday....and really enjoy it. The staff was courteous and above all VERY NICE FOOD.

Heard a lot about this restaurant and was not disappointed. It was a busy Friday night but service was efficient and not overbearing. Food excellent, a step up from the usual curry houses. Quite expensive but worth it. Would definitely recommend.

On a late table we where kept waiting for the table but when seated the food and service were Good. Also the bill for the evening was pleasantly less than expected. the score might seem low but anyone would have to work hard and be really out there to rank higher from me.

Amazing venue, really liked the decor and buzz. The manager came to check on why we didn't finish our food which was nice and showed he cared. Great customer service and good value for a fine dine experience. Also they remembered to have a cake with happy birthday for my gf :) definately recommend going, my gf says the curry she had was the best she has tasted!
