First trip to The Mustard Seed for many years following poor service on our last visit. Pleased to say that the food was good; as it always has been, and the service was very good this time too. As some other reviews have said the dining space can be a little cramped. All in all we had a very pleasant evening and we will not wait so long to return again.

Brilliant early evening menu, excellent wine, fantastic service and great atmosphere.

Whether you’re craving a romantic dinner or a casual night out with friends, this spot delivers. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service (Aimee) Lovely food. tight for space and table for 2 just about big enough but overall a lovely restaurant.

A very warm welcome led upstairs to a window table with a clear view of the river. Food was amazing and service was first class. I recommend the specials board, off which I had the Isle of Lewis mussels and a rare fillet steak cooked perfectly. Port and cheeseboard to finish. I would like to mention Aimee who looked after us beautifully.

Sat at the door, it was cold and it was apparent that the guests at next table were cold too. Food is rushed, we were in and out in 45 minutes.

Haven’t been for a few months, the menu didn’t have great choices. Usually I’m struggling to choose what to have because they all sound so delicious. The portions were an ok size but the food was really average. Disappointed as it’s one of my favourite places to go for lunch in Inverness.

Lunchtime and fairly quiet so had an enjoyable meal at the Mustard Seed, by the time we left it was very busy which is good to see.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food well presented.
