The food was delicious with lovely fresh ingredients and service by Alice was excellent too. A lovely experience and will happily return to eat here.

Had a lovely meal in the Mustard Seed today . I happened to mention it was my husband’s birthday, to our surprise they brought ice cream with a birthday sparkler in it wishing him a happy birthday . The gesture was much appreciated. The staff are always friendly , attentive , but not overdone . If we go out to eat it’s always The Mustard Seed . Great food great place to eat . Love this restaurant. Food is excellent and the lunch menu is reasonably priced Service is very efficient. Just wished we lived nearer I would go more often.

Exceptional food, good selection of drinks and great staff. Pace of the service was spot on, didn't feel rushed.

Our server Angelina was really lovely. Her knowledge of the wine & food choices was excellent. She even arranged a sparkly candle in ice cream for my hubby’s birthday.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the whole evening was excellent - from the staff, to the atmosphere (restaurant was busy) and especially the food 10/10. Special thanks to the waiter who arranged a “surprise” for my husband after I had mentioned it was a special birthday.

Second time visit in 3 days and the food, service and atmosphere were superb again. It reminds us of a restaurant in the mountains in France. Lovely central fire gardens gives a really cosy feel. Lovely people looking after us as well. Great restaurant.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for a couple of days later. There is an excellent selection of drink and food. We really enjoyed our two mains from the specials board. Cannot recommend enough.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, very good efficient service. Only negative feedback the Greek waitress was “pushy” , we tried to interact with her at the end of our meal but she wasn’t interested!

Mustard Seed offers decent food, particularly on their early evening menu with highlights like the black pudding and blue cheese bon bons. However, the service fell short of expectations, with the waitress appearing overworked and not attentive to providing a positive dining experience. It might be worth trying again, but perhaps at a less busy time or with adjusted expectations for service.

Day trip from Fort William just to have lunch out at the Mustard Seed. It was all we expected and more. Food was delicious staff were amazing and the cocktail was special!! Thank you

The best value, quality of the food and service in Inverness at any time of the year. You must book in advance or you will be very disappointed when they turn you away!

Early family dinner before heading across to Eden court for a show. Beautiful food and service in perfect time for us.They make you feel like you’re an old friend ,we ordered from the vegan ,the main menu and the early dinner menu and it was all delicious .

Been going here for at least 15 years and I've not had a single issue with any food, drink or aspect of the service from the staff. The staff are always very professional and friendly and can't do enough for you. Highly recommended.

Visit was great seated on time and waitress came over quickly to offer bread /water The only down point was that my pork loin was quite fatty so was a little bit disappointed apart from that the whole meal for both of us was great 😃
