always go here! this time seated near fire. wasn't much room as large birthday party next to us. Everyone was great from meeting at door to paying. The only thing I would have liked better was the whisky sauce wasn't creamy ! everything is spot on as always.

Our experience was average. The veg / vegan menu is limited. Service was exceptionally slow. Food came almost 30 mins after ordering ..

Even better than expected! I dined here for lunch and had an amazing waiter, Ian! I had the broccoli and pea soup which is to die for and the pan seared sea bass also just as delicious! To drink I enjoyed a whisky highball that was perfect!

Food & service were excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. A must dining experience if you are in Inverness.

Such amazing lunch! Food was very tasty, staff very friendly and a lovely ambiance. However, I did book this special meal more than a week ago and we were given a table at the back in a corner! In the main restaurant would have been more preferable! My steak was cooked perfectly and was very succulent but did have a large piece of grissle! Which I would not have expected for the price! Lovely restaurant overlooking the River Ness.

From beginning to end, it was absolutely amazing. The service was incredible, and the food alone was worth the trip to Scotland...also, Scotland was worth the trip to Scotland!

We booked for a birthday surprise lunch. Our table overlooked the river and the service was excellent. We were spoilt for choice from the menu and weren’t disappointed. The surprise moved to a different level when the cake arrived at our table. We’re already planning our next visit

We always enjoy our meals at The Mustard Seed and today was no exception. I am always amazed at how many people are there, and we always enjoy the food and the ambiance. Lovely food, lovely staff and we look forward to our next visit when we can get another stamp on our loyalty card!!!!

The overall experience was great; friendly staff, good service, pleasant ambience and generally great food. We had a table near a window so could see the river which was nice. However, my Highland rump steak was disappointing as it was quite tough. The veg and sauce were fine but the meat didn’t live up to expectation. It was cooked medium-rare as requested but just a bit leathery. My wife’s food was really nice !
