Lovely food as always from one of our favourite restaurants, with attentive staff.

Service was very slow and seemed a bit disinterested. Food selection and quality were excellent.

A sunny Sunday evening at the Mustard Seed. Dined off the early evening menu which was really tasty. Staff in good form and looking forward to our next meal there.

Location and ambience are fabulous! Restaurant was busy and staff seemed a bit unhinged. Ordered wine and the wrong bottle was brought to the table. We insisted it was incorrect. Upon checking they determined the wine we ordered was not available. Ordered a different bottle. Was surprised at the “oh well”, no concern or apology from the staff. Salmon and cod excellent. Mashed potatoes a bit dry. You have a beautiful spot! Keep it up and remember that attention to detail is important! All in all an enjoyable evening!!

Great food in a lovely atmosphere, served by very pleasant staff. Early evening menu is great value for money. Would highly recommend.

We met friends for lunch and we all thoroughly enjoyed it ,the staff were fab, and the food was all beautifully presented and delicious..the wine Tohu was lovely. A great wee restaurant and really good value too .. we will definitely be returning more often

We were there on Wednesday 2 April having been on previous visits to Inverness. The food was good, as was the service, although a starter was delivered before the wine, which had to be requested again. The only disappointment was that our upstairs seat was a little uncomfortable due to a window/door being ajar - obviously to suit the people seated there. As we could see no vacant tables around us when ordering our food we did not request another table. Decided to leave and go somewhere warmer for coffee.

Super service, waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great choice on menu and wine was fantastic too.

It was just ok. Was a bit concerned about the chicken some pink bits and felt it needed cooked longer as very rubbery so left a good bit of it.

Shown to table straight away,very quickly asked if we would like drinks. Wine chosen arrived quickly nice and chilled. Food order taken and we soon had our starters, delicious. Main courses were also very nice to everyone's taste. We had a couple of desserts fantastic. Overall a great experience very pleasant atmosphere terrific service and fantastic food. Highly recommend a visit to The Mustard Seed in Inverness.
