Lovely staff the website made a mistake but the parlour sorted this for us with no issues and we’re polite and friendly to us .

The afternoon tea was amazing and the cocktails out of this world. Staff were brilliant and efficient and the atmosphere was wonderful. We had a fantastic afternoon. Will definitely go again.

Enjoyed a very nice meal Fish 🐟 and 🍟 also a G&T. The cocktails looked good but I was driving. Perhaps next time I’ll take a taxi.

Once again I really enjoyed my visit to The Parlour. My only criticism is that there is too much butter cream on the cakes. Less is more!

Really nice food and drink. Staff were lovely, if a little busy. Place was packed so a bit noisier than last time we came, but will go again.

Beautiful breakfast, we’ve been in the past and left disappointed but they have really improved their food again so would def recommend. Love the decor too.

Fantastic food, we had the afternoon tea selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes. The food was high quality and absolutely delicious ☺. The service was quick and the waitress was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall I would happily recommend this lovely place.

Good selection of veggie sandwiches to choose from (and a great selection overall) The scones were soft and warm and the cakes were delicious. Great serving sizes too and just enough for an afternoon tea whilst still offering a wide selection of cakes.

Excellent value! Good service and very high quality food. Booked a table for 4, at 11, had plenty of time for a relaxing brunch with friends.

Afternoon tea at the Parlour is excellent value for money especially with a Groupon voucher. The sandwiches are freshly made & the cakes are delicious. Well worth a visit.

The food and the wine was good. The staff was really friendly. The only negative point is it was a bit noisy. We hardly recommande this restaurant.

It is a lovely atmosphere, cosy and inviting. The staff are always polite and cheerful. I have had a full English in the past and it was excellent. Today I had carrot cake and a cappuccino which also excellent. All of these were purchased via groupon and was extremely good value.

Lovely place. Had a High tea with two friends and had a thoroughly nice time. We added a Prosecco each to make a special treat out of it. Food and service was great.

Great service n food loved the place and how well they treated us with kids. Very accommodating. Would go there again and let friends know it’s hreat.

The music was too loud at first, as we were seated next to a speaker, but it was no problem to move tables. The waitress was very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, explaining options to us, and letting us share some sandwiches and cream teas between us, so we all had just the amount we wanted. Fast service and pleasant quirky venue. Toilets are clean, situated down a flight of stairs. Reasonable cost and the cream teas were particularly nice - fresh, soft scones and good cream and jam, just the right consistency and amount (imho!)

Came in for afternoon tea with my mum. The service was great, very friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious! Fresh sandwiches and cakes with lots of variety. Would definetly recommend this lovely cosy place!

The atmosphere was brilliant very vibrant, we arrived early and saw the the seamless change from high tea to early evening. It's nice to see a place that welcomes all especially children. The food was brilliant a must is the teriyaki skewers and the chicken wings.The cocktails are a blast and the service is second to none. The next visit I will bring along all my family, it's that kind of a place where family can go enjoy food and relax and not feel pushed out of the door. It really is a hidden gem in west bridgford.

Convenient location with pay and display car park directly oposite. Nice and friendly staff, excellent food, drinks and facilities. We have been here for breakfast as well as afternoon tea. We have taken full advantage of the Groupon deals available on the Groupon website. As it is a very popular cafe endure you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

The parlour was lovely, the food and drink were good. Was a bit noisy when we first arrived but it improved after a group of ladies left .

Good food, great service and value of money in an original setting with a good atmosphere. Only downside was quite a few items on the menu missing. However we will visit again and hopefully sample those missing items.

2nd visit here. quaint place. nice afternoon tea for 2 purchased through buy a gift, plenty of tea. Room needs some heat. Could do with light music and another server

Average afternoon tea and appalling service. Took 32 minutes to get and pay the bill. Had to ask for the tea be brought out also.

Amazing place and food. Took my mum for mothers day and he loved this place and we will be going again for sure if not all the time

Fantastic evening, staff were very attentive and helpful. Cocktails and food were 5star. Could spend the whole day there trying all the cocktails and food, lovely atmosphere.

what a lovely experience.I came for afternoon tea for two .staff was attentive and the tea it self was spot on.In fact my daughter is getting wed this year.And thought it would be a good place for a little hen party with her daughter and two step-daughters.As she did't want them to feel left out of the celebations.Well done!

The cakes are fantastic. Excellent portion size. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely and the staff are all very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great food and lovely staff they just weren’t very organised and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Table next to us got food but no drinks for ages, we were told they needed the table back in 10 but then didn’t come back to take our payment for 20 mins. None of it was a problem got us though a lovey afternoon tea experience.

The staff were really friendly And could not do enough to help. lovely breakfast - can’t wait to go again! Warm atmosphere, light music, very relaxing.

Friendly staff, nice varied menu, nice ambience, and interesting decor. We booked, but could have got a table without doing so on a wet Tuesday lunchtime in Feb.
