Hi there wasn't many cakes on offer and it was only midday when we booked table, this made the experience bit disappointing. There Should be more cakes on offer or perhaps fresh scones available

We had booked and were seated very quickly. Tea and coffee served and then had the full monty breakfast. Great food and service and a very pleasant experience. Good value for money and a large variety of food served throughout the day to evening.

We had the afternoon tea. It’s was lovely but the sandwiches were tiny which was a shame as they were so tasty. Would definitely be back to try the cocktails

Strange... You can't Seriously Beleive that the Value of the Tea was good Value At £40.90 ? Now my Son Purchased the Tea on Groupon for I think £20.. A bottle of Presseco included that's got to be ok.. And ok is all that it was.. Service was Shocking Having never been in the Place before we wasn't aware you had to Actually order Tea with your Afternoon Tea.. Until being told Rather Abruptly well you never ordered it.. Hmmmm... I Hate giving Bad Reviews but this Establishment realy need to start Again And Train Staff on Customer Service. Young Girls obviously had no training or any Idea how to look after customers.. Not once did Anyone come to follow up on Satisfaction.. I had to Ask for Butter for my scone only to be told I can get you some if you want rubbing his hands through his hair And Baird talking to his mate for 2 mins with butter in his hand.. Honestly clueless about Customer service.. I for one will not be Viseting again.Cramped up on A table for two.. I think not...

Went for afternoon tea with my Mum and really enjoyed ourselves. The portions were ample - I thought there wasnt much when it arrived but there was no way I could eat anything more when I left. Lovely place, very vintage. Friendly service although they were run off their feet - they could probably do with one more helper. Recommended we will be back.

Went with my mum for an afternoon tea that was a gift for both of us. Lovely selection of sandwiches and the cakes and scones were delicious. We also had two cocktails each, you definitely get your money’s worth because they were quite boozy cocktails and good sizes.

Although the Service was very good, they can improve the quality of their full English breakfast and food....Burnet toast, possibly rushed and soggy bacon too

Afternoon tea with prosecco ...and Earl Grey tea. Beautifully soft bread and delicious fillings. Very light scones and cakes and the freshest of raspberries. A very enjoyable afternoon. Friendly and welcoming staff and beautiful surroundings.

The service & food was excellent. Pleasantly decorated inside. Tables & cutlery were clean. A member of our party thought that one member (male) of staff was abrupt.

Went for afternoon tea on Sunday for 2 people. The food and cocktails were great - you were able to choose your own sandwiches and there were many to choose from. Staff were very friendly.

Friendly staff, quick service, although it was a Sunday and very quiet, a couple more choices of cake would be better, say a Victoria sponge for people who are fussy like my daughter, but what they had was delicious
