Best Italian restaurant of Manchester. Servizio impeccabile e cibo di ottima qualità. La sensazione è di trovarsi veramente in Italia, poi il caffè servito con la moka è molto scenografico. Lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici.

The atmosphere, staff (all the waiters were so lovely and cheerful) and food were all incredible - my one complaint is how cramped the room was. I'd have found the experience so much nicer if the tables were spaced out better.

Booked this restaurant for lunch time for my friends birthday. The waiter was extremely nice. Very polite and friendly. Felt very personal and welcomed. Following that, the food was amazing. We had the vegan cheese and crackers starter which was so tasty. I’m not vegan but this was very well put together with caramelised onions and chilli jam. Definitely try it. Following starters we ordered a vegan pasta and a slow cooked beef ragu pasta. Both so authentic tasting. Really delicious food and extremely friendly staff/chefs. Definitely try it!

Food and service were both great! Would definitely visit again :) I was served the wrong plate of pasta by accident, and was then offered to have it replaced, which I declined. On hindsight this was probably the right decision, since I enjoyed the plate of pasta so much!

Very authentic, great atmosphere. good service! The staff were enthusiastic. Also I recommend a carafe of the house red wine. I think I will visit again.

Excellent food and service. A rare treat for those of us that enjoy simple authentic Italian food without the formality and fuss associated with many other dining experiences. I'll definitely go again and will recommend to friends. Looks good for lunchtime treats too.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great food. Great value. Had a range of pastas all different all hand made all a credit to the chef. All this takes time but we were in no hurry.

Delicious food, finely balanced flavour, served with real craft and passion. Lots of vegan options clearly marked. The triangular ravioli had a wow factor. There a family run feel about the restaurant that makes it a gem for Manchester.

Attentive friendly staff that catered to my every need in a way that only a family run establishment can, Having travelled through Italy, I can say their food is akin to, if not exceeds, italian cuisine in the actual country.

Fantastic tastings food with a great choice plus a specials board. The service was excellent all the dishes were explained beforehand, I would recommend this restaurant and will definitely return

First time eating here and it was beautiful. I had gnocchi with speck and pumpkin voulete and it was just fantastic. Would definitely go back. Everything on the menu sounded amazing and the service was fab too!!

Great service. Friendly and, we felt, genuinely interested in us and the food. Surprisingly small which made for a great atmosphere and with Italians dining there, that must say a lot!

This was my first time to the Pasta Factory. There was amazing service all round. The food was perfect and will definitely be returning soon.

The pasta were all so good! We had the salmon, the proscuitto and the mushrooms raviolis. They were all extremely nice and good value for money. The staffs were awesomely friendly! Definitely a place I'll recommend

The waiter was very helpful and friendly. The food arrived quite soon after we ordered. The food was great and the lager was fresh and delicious. Good vegan options. Would recommend this place and go there again.

Second time I’ve been here. The food is just so good. All home made. I struggle to eat large meals as I had weight loss surgery, but what I couldn’t eat was packaged up for me in a takeaway box(they do takeaways too!).

Pasta too thick and stodgy. Overpriced for the type of place and location. Service either too keen or completely absent. So many better Italians in the city centre.

Great relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff and a generous Vegan menu! Very much a neighbourhood feel to the restaurant just a stones throw away from the hustle of the city centre. Will be back!

Best pasta in the UK. Authentically Italian and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They wine list was also very extensive.

Great, intimate setting. Clearly take pride & care in sourcing ingredients and preparation. Wine towards the top end in terms of price vs value but overall really enjoyable meal for two.

Easily the best restaurant serving pasta in Great Manchester. The vegan cheese was the night's surprise whilst the beetroot and squid ink pasta where mind blowing, last but not least the forest fruit vegan cake was the great end to a wonderful dinner. The restaurant has a cosy feeling that make you feel welcome immediately, however the big windows and high ceilings remind you that you are on a grand building simply but beautifully decorated. This is a must!

A mixed experience - some of the dishes were great, others really not good. The waiter warned us that the goats cheese ravioli was acidic, but it really just tasted like vomit. Very unpleasant and I'm Not sure why it was on the menu. It's a shame, as the staff were lovely and some of the other dishes really tasty.

The ambiance was great. The service was very good. All staff were friendly and courteous. They explained about the food and wine, which areas of Italy it came from and gave their recommendations. The food itself was delicious and we'd have no hesitation in returning.

We went last week 20th October 2017 and both the food & service were excellent, friendly atmosphere and vegan options :-) Good choice of wine and beers to compliment the food also.

If you want fresh pasta, this is the place to go. Different shapes and colours, the Beetroot ravioli with goats cheese was fantastic. Great service too.

Excellent meal - again. Bruschetta starter was very different but delicious. As for the chocolate salami dessert, that’s worth returning for alone! Venison pasta dish also excellent

Restaurant was simply furnished. Food was good. Service was excellent. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced which probably reflects the location in the city. Very much recommended for a good atmosphere and pasta dishes
